what river did you access lake st clair from? cajones opening that pup up on the big water- my dad got to drive a Miss Such Crust unlimited V12 around gun lake in the late 40s-its mechanic wanted to hear it after some tune changes- i can only imagine
I think that would be the first year of the TR-2 and it is possible that it was rigged by a friend of mine that worked for Cole for many years back in those days. That is if it was put together at Cole. I have a 78 TR-1 with a blwon 468 with 2 830s but I don't know what it runs. We raced the motor in a light flat and it went 8.71@ 126 with the blower@ 25 over. I think my boat may do 100. It is plenty fast for me. It looks like you have fun with yours. Safe boating!

My family docked our boat at Zimmers Marina which was at the end of the Clinton River coming out of Mt Clemens Mich.That might be your answer.
