@kunz99 Im glad you didnt get stuck with the huge debt that comes with the "priviledge". As an American, I would have paid too, but Chicago would have got zapped twice...once federally and once from your state. The people did not need that wasteful burden, especially right then. Oprah has 5 Billion dollars,,,she holds on to it by asking people for money to support the charities she takes credit for....she should have offered to cover the cost for the people of Chicago.
