these are great videos, but is there any way you could upload them directly instead of videotaping it first? that would enhance the quality dramatically.

Seriously though, I'd like to find a way to access the DVR files directly but as of yet haven't figured it out.
Add to that I have Comcast SportsNet through Verizon who I found out after switching doesn't have the channel in HD so what I've got now is as good as I can do right now.

Yeah, I do watch in high quality. On my television the HD channel is 788.. it must be different with Verizon?

Yeah, it apparently doesn't exist. Online channel listing says "TBD". 8 /
I'm thinking of switching back to Comcast over this.
