4. when you let them out it is hard to catch them to put them back in the cage to go to sleep or something.

@Qwopscope Might want to be careful with the word, it's called clipping not cutting.

Baby budgies usually come with a clip so you can hand raise them and such, they'll get used to not being able to fly properly. Then when their feathers grow back they won't try to.

It's really something to do with training for young birds, but make sure you get a professional to do it to avoid permanent mutilation.

yeah it was totally trying to do it xD you see,When the male hits their beak on it like that,thats what they do when they try to get the female excited...they then flufffen up so when they hop on they start at it......and you see how he had his head down low and was chirping lightly at it? well they always do that..he was just trying to catch his balance lol!
