none of the zecters(aside from the hyper zecter) have clock up on them

actually, drake clock up mode is voice activated. this guy just doesn't do it for some reason, kinda like he didn't for the 555 delta phone demo

@mrshorin I thinks he slides somrthing on his belt to clock up!

All riders (except Hyper Kabuto) "clocked-up" themself using their Rider Belt to activate it... not on their zecter (except Hyper Zecter)
