OH nvm guys i get it. this is what happens to my 1st character: If you get an S-Rank on the first mission you can bypass the first few promotions to become a guard immediately. You get to the quest for it, but from what I hear, its a bit tougher.

i dont know why but when i start creating a character i start out to be a recruit and i became LT Major all of sudden and follow by guard very fast. i didnt go through seargent etc ranks. i straight jumped from recruit to LT Major without promotion quest, but when i create a new account i start out as recruit and slowly up by seargent etcs. anyone tell me why? or is it different heroes i worked under? my new character its under caocao and my main one is under liubei

@desdes24 my meaning was my under liubei char got promoted to LT Major from just doing one promotion quest and i gone to LT Major from recruit and my new char i need to do alot more quests and only promote to corporal while my under liubei char just did one quest and i got promotion quest already and after i did it i became LT Major or a Guard i kinda forgotten i remember my liubei char only did a promotion mission kill 300 soldiers and a instructor thats it i became LT Major from Rec.

You know you can skip all the beggining levels like you can skip Lt.Major. I did it when i made a new character and i did really good on the 1st tutorial and after i got out i was Guard. You just need to do really good on the 1st tutorial thing.
