@austinnguyenparkour I don't really understand your question. what happened to tricking? nothing its still there and I still do it every now and again. should you go to tricking? why not? if it looks like fun go for it, I like it because I know I have enough knowledge of my body to perform interesting and unique maneuvers . i think its fun. personally I think tricking is the next step. if you wanna get into freerunning it definitely serves as a gateway for sure.
your pretty good, i do the same stuff you do. Ive been doing parkour for four years now and im getting better. Have fun and conqure fear.
