This is one of my favorite set up in you tube. The pocket scan & the scan 250 is a cool combo. The Revo Led effect is great especially with this music. Your setup is pretty cool. I hope to see more of your set up.
My setup is pretty similar. I have four scan 250, two LED Electra, Revo III & a super strobe. I'm Planning to add the quad gem led & probably two moving head.

The scanners on the end you can find brand new for $100 - 150.
The Pocket Scans are discontinued, but you can occasionally find them on Ebay for $100 or so.
I got the LGX laser from Ebay for about $200.
The VUEIII I got when it first came out for around $300 but I think they are cheaper now.
The truss is part of my 10 foot wide crank up truss that I paid about $400 for, but I've since sold a bunch of my lights and only use the T-bar setup.
Too many lights was overkill for most of my gigs.

the 2 (eurolite) scanners are very nice... the little scanner and the led effect are not my favorite :D
