I like to affectionately call him my favourite wooden actor. He is not a great actor, but as shown in the Matrix there is no other that could've played the role of Neo, his unique style of acting, if you can call it that... fit perfectly. So for that he will always get a mention in any of my favourite lists. And just remember "Empty Space" too funny cos it's true :)

I didn't know Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure was Keanu's first movie. The first time I saw him was in Parenthood with Steve Martin, and thought that was his movie debut The impersonator does a great job imitating Keanu.

Well he did manage to get the voice of Ted Logan from Bill & Ted movie quite well and the body movements too. I sort of think that it is more realistic to title it "Ted Logan's Acting glass" because Keanu doesn't sound or act like this in his real day to day life but it was still amusing to watch all of these skits that Andrew Bowen did. Just curious...what is he doing now? Is he still acting or otherwise working in Hollywood films? I should look into this.

This was really funny :D, but Keanu's acting hasn't mostly been like this for years--in fact almost not since his Bill and Ted movies...and now, he's almost the opposite. Melancholy, sad, depressing, sometimes even a bit stiff. Who would have thought Ted would have gone on to do Klaatu (a performance of which people said he was more robotic than Gort :P

Funnily enough, the guy playing Keanu was also responsible for playing Keanu in the video game Path of Neo. Andrew Bowen is his name, and he had a short stint on MadTV, really.
