  • Would this be easier with a pulley? Although I guess when it is harder to pull it due to the friction of your weight that it forces you to actively de-load your leg to bring it higher, plus the friction would help stop it from falling if you put more weight on the leg and less on the hands.

  • Yes I am aware that Master Bruce Lee has great workout books, but I like to do my own workout routine more, its more fun, special when you put on your favourite beats while you working out. It would help pumping you up and motivate you :)

  • To Halusvir Zechin: Try to stay in the position for at least 30 seconds after a while when you feel more comfortable and less pain than hold the position for longer period of time. Good luck.

  • u should keep ur back straight when u stretch, so when u do front stretches, your head can touch ur toes

    its perfectly possible. have you ever looked at wushu warm up videos? all of the students are able to do that at both young and older ages. infact, type "flash mavi" in google, and check out the wushu section of his website for a short tutorial and information on how anybody of any body type can achieve such flexibility.

    it will happen. straight leg, touching forehead with toes. also search "wushu stretching" in youtube, and the first video youll see is some white guy doing wushu kicks where he manages to touch his forehead. look at the other videos in his profile too.

    of course you can. it will take a long time to develop that flexibility but you just have to keep doing it everyday. check out that "flash mavi" site i mentioned and go to the wushu flexibility section.

    that flexiiblity requires a lot of practise and time. rome wasnt built in a day.

  • you should put something rounded on the top of that beam so its easier to pull the rope! like a piece of pvc pipe.
