  • whoa. i dnt think ive ever been that high while completely sober. just staring into that white circle for 10 mins with the headphones in... trip an a half.

  • The thought of Ganesh comes up. The images as they change are part of the meditation-dramatic.

  • its amazing how long I can listen to one note.

  • I'm a teenager, can meditation help with heart palpitations and chest pain and random nagging/numbness I get in my left arm?

Also interestingly when I visit the chiropractor he ALWAYS does a fair amount of adjusting of my thoracic vertebrae in which nerves lead to the heart and left arm. (Chiropractic has made my heart palpitations better)

  • @Frogal00n Meditation helps with everything. But are you seeing a cardiologist? Those are all symptoms of something going on with the heart. I would urge you to go see a heart doctor. Maybe your family doctor can recommend one. Best wishes and many blessings to you.

  • If I werent so afraid of god id switch to buddhism :(

  • wow kids, way to stink up a meditation video with your negativity...obviously you posted before you listened. As silly as you guy are being, bless you by whatever means you believe in. I'm going to relax now since this is the one video that can put my son to sleep.

  • beautiful

  • Ur ignorant islaminternationall

  • What is this picture? Do you say this is God? How can this be God when God created elephants? Man shaped these stones into these idols and God creates men and everything, so he is not his creation.

  • @IslamInternationall He is not his creation? Then who created God? Which came first, the chicken or the egg?

  • @Hollyweirdlove God is the creator, he has no beginning and no end. Idols are from stones and mud, which are a creation, but God isnt a creation, he is a creator. Every creation is created but Allah is not creation

  • @IslamInternationall Why would you come to a buddhist video and post condecsending comments? That's just rude :( make peace with the meditation, it's beautiful

  • @moonflowersglory Did you know that this life is temporary and that you will be returned to your Lord? What will you say then?

  • @IslamInternationall Look dear I was raised Christian, do not try to teach me about my own religion, this is a video for peace and meditation, you cannot just shove your beliefs down peoples throats. I'm not going to get into a religious debate over this though; I appriciate that you are so faithful to your religion and everyone is entitled to an opinion, in fact I envy it.. as it is don't know where I belong or what I believe in anymore. I just can't stand the

  • @IslamInternationall of hell, I hate the idea of a teenager with a horrid hurtful life who killed themselves so they coud find pece being forever damned to burn the firey pit of hell... I don't think any soul should ever have to endure that, only the particularly evil souls maybe if there is such a thing. The idea of being afraid of God bothers me. Why should we hav to fear something to be good people? why can't we just beave as good people because it's the right thing

  • @IslamInternationall to do? I know this is a long reply and I appologies if it bothers you, I rekky am sorry if I'm upsetting you :( I want so bad to believe in God nd angels and i know the bible teches us we cannot possibly understand the concept.. I guess when I die and in the event my soul goes to heaven and god is real, I'd say that I have felt very misguided for a long time and then hope that god will forgive me.

  • @moonflowersglory Allah's mercy prevails over his wrath. Unlike fearing others we turn to Allah instead of running from him. He is the creator of the heavens and the earth and our purpose of life is to worship him. Whoever God guides, none can misguide and whoever He misguides, none can guide.Ask God for guidance sincerely and then by his will you would be guided and find real peace in your heart. Then you would be returned to him living in a paradise beneath which rivers flow.

  • "A lady's rack" were the last three words I ever expected to find in these comments. That's funny!

  • Thank you. I listen to this while I work. Keeps me focused. :)

  • Your silent love

Most people live in fear when love is available, a love that only a mother could normally experience, a love that know no boundary, with no limits. You will find this love in silence not chaos, it is waiting for you as much as you have been waiting for it. Find that moment to meet your silent love. This love has a soft kind voice and speaks to you through the ears of your heart and you speak to love through the voice of your heart. It's where love is found :-) massive love :-)x

    Much love <3

  • All religions have a kernel of spiritual truth, buried under the centuries of politics and priests

I believe anyone who truly seeks Enlightenment can find it, whether it is through Nature, Christ, or Krishna.

What matters is letting go of the ego and attachment to the material world, as it is the way to inner peace.

  • @warfwar91 Well put sir, well put

  • humans are the crown of Creation, because they are able to repair themselves

  • God is in everything, and everything is God...budhism is one of the religion which show us the way how to enjoy our lives. Love you all.

  • Meditate damn it, quit arguing god!

  • This song gets me right into meditation even with screaming kids around, love my 10 minutes a day

  • I like the color of the Elephant

  • Did anyone have visions of past lives when meditating to this music?. Bizarre images appear in my head of a few people's lives from past eras. I feel lifted off the ground when listening to this.

  • Buddha or Jesus is only one, they are love.

  • Amazing! WOW

  • cool charming and very young with a lot of energy

  • WTF ! I was listing this(all playlist) while i was sleeping. When i heared this song something has happend, i don't know i heard strange voice in my head and i heard some strange voices in my room, like kiks. I WAS SCARED.

    Sorry for my English.

  • Wow! This music really helped me to meditate.

I'm not sure it would have helped without my Soulera anti-stress formula though.

  • Lord Ganesh-Remover of Obstacles. When one moves into a new home, has a baby, career move (job change), prayers to lord ganesh are performed. In yoga, many times before beginning the practice some begin with a ganesh chant. Worshipping Ganesh brings in encouragement and confidence on our new path. In most Hindu ceremonies or rituals the first prayer is to lord ganesh. Many Hindu homes have a statue or picture of ganesh...don't look at the pic...just observe.

  • I can't listen to this and watch the picture because it scares the FUCK outta me.

  • Yes, it is Ganesha, Mr/Mrs Pothead, as Mr/Mrs Monkey dierected your attention to.

  • somebody MUST tell me what the origin of that statue is. Its mystical in a way, it fascinates me somehow...

  • @PotheadTheAnonymous The statue is Lord Ganesha. He is very important in Hinduism and Theravada Buddhism. He is the son of Lord Shiva the destroyer and creator.

  • @unwisemonkey you are rather wise for an unwise monkey, thanks !

  • also baby You not gonna be bored with me

  • Where is the picture of this statue taken? I'm very curious to know where this place is..it has something very special about it, a powerful HEALING energy.

  • This is an amazing experience !

  • This mediation is absolutely wonderful. It works everytime for me. Thank you my friend for sharing this with us. Wish the song would last longer, but it is great. Thank you . Namaste!

  • Praying & meditating do change reality! It reconnect us to the Source.

We are our thoughts. We manifest our thoughts. By being positive one attracts positivity back. You have free will so the choice is yours.

Lots of Love & Light to All

  • prayer does work. god does not have any emotions. neither he nor she. god just IS

  • I am an Atheist. But I follow Buddha's advices, I meditate and from all religions I respect only Buddhism because it teaches not to be afraid of "god" but to love nature and that we are part of nature itself. That's why I respect Buddhism so much. Buddhism is the religion of the future as Einstein said.

  • @Leofox94 If you are "afraid" of God, then it isnt God. God is a loving, benevolent, kind, graceful, merciful Lord. Many people paint a picture of him that is condemning and hateful, but I assure you. God loves you, and is waiting for you to open your heart to him.

  • @Cychro Oh I'm not afraid of god really. You're the one who's afraid, so you worship him. If you do any of the things god told you not to do then he will punish you, that's a fear of god.

  • @Leofox94 Out of reverent respect, and a realization of the amazement of His being, yes I am fearful. Not of His wrath, or anything of the sort. Out of fear of disappointment. Just like you do the best you can for your father and mother, likewise, I respect and admire my creator, and wish to please him. To seek a relationship with God, and Jesus is the true purpose of Christianity, not religion. Have an amazing day, and I pray that God will reveal himself to you, and show you His love. :)

  • @Cychro I am very sorry to disappoint you but praying does not change reality my friend... No matter how much you pray, eventually nothing will change... But thanks anyways :)

  • @Leofox94 I think you would really like Alvin Boyd Kuhn's book 'The Ultimate Canon of Knowledge.' It is actually very much in line with your thinking.

  • @Leofox94 Prayer changes everything. Its only upon being awakened to His being that you really experience the bigger picture. The great lie is that prayer will never fix anything. Prayer is simply an open dialogue with your creator. Can you honestly say you have never spoken or internalized something of importance to you, and the situation was resolved in your favor? That's prayer. Open acknowledgement of your creator and savior, THAT is the true meaning of prayer and Christianity. God Bless

  • @Leofox94 I concur. It certainly is the most peaceful of religions. The do not solicit membership door to door. They exist and those who seek them go to them. No war has been declared in the name of. No people tortured, excommunicated, hung, burned, staked at crosses. It works on the self, as the entitity responsible for actions. Amazingly. Not an outside power. But makes YOU responsible. You dont kill and ask for forgiveness. You just don't kill. It's very scientific and philosophical.

  • @ERdept1 Yes, very well said. I agree.

  • @ERdept1 lol what about all the religious wars in the past between Tibet and Bhutan?

  • @Rouben YUP, true. The fewest of all religions. Amazing. The preponderence of evidence is that of a peaceful religion. Those wars you speak of were of really individuals leading groups against other individual opposing. NOT like western religions of a whole stated bias against anything not Christian or Catholic. One is systemic, the other is of charasmatic leaders, leading their followers.

  • @ERdept1 With all due respect, don't you think you're using confirmation bias? The wars between and within Tibet and Bhutan were religious in nature and were fought on behalf of different schools of Buddhism. We should really say that, indeed, religion has been used as a tool to garner public support for wars. No religion has caused a war on its own. Are we to assume that before Christianity there were no wars? Or that there were no wars in China because there was no Christianity there?

  • @ERdept1 err hello?

I'm a tamil from sri lanka, and i'd advise you to read up on the buddist majority's / government's discrimination and the resulting genocides and freedom war that happened against our people. Lasted 30 years and ended 2 years ago only. Tamil people are Hindu, Catholic and Muslim. Very few are buddist. And no Mr Know-it-all, it wasn't a case of a few twisted ppl leading the largely peaceful buddists -- it was gov, buddist F-ing MONKS, soldiers, common citizen .. all.

  • @ERdept1 That's the beauty of Buddhism. Zero pilots, the Samurai used Buddhism in a twisted way. Enter not mind, kill or be killed with the skill of a meditative monk. Goodbye. See you in the next cycle.

  • @ERdept1 Yet, it is still one of those religions that favors males, and views females as inferior.

  • @FuzzBean84 I dont know where your getting your facts but there are many Gurus and Yogis that are women. One of the most famous incarnations of the Guru was a woman.

  • @Leofox94 You're right. Buddhism is not worth anything. Goodbye.

  • @Leofox94 I do believe that God exists, it's a matter of defenition. I believe God isn't a dude with a big white beard, but that God is energy around us; in nature, love, etc. Don't get affraid of God, that is what very pious priests think is oke or that is what the bad force in life (devil) wants.

  • @Leofox94

I will agree with you to a point. However, one thing that no one can ignore, no matter how hard they try, for whatever reason, is that there is a spiritual side in all of us. From what I have read so far, I would say Hinduism practices/philosophies would be an agreeable recommendation for anyone to apply to their own ways.

The elephant is Ganesh; The Hindu elephant-headed god of wisdom and success.

The study is still brand new to me. Much of it may seem strange, but it

  • @Scaly420

wouldn't heart to apply with some of everyday reasoning, would it? Perhaps even make it an extension of ones faith, in a means of being less condescending towards others.

  • @Scaly420 Hinduism and Buddhism are very similar, in fact some believe that Buddhism was actually started from Yogis traveling east into China and spreading their knowledge into Asia.

Actually alot of Buddhist terms are derived from ancient Sanskrit. Buddha/Buddhi are Sanskrit terms and just refer to a being who has reached enlightenment or self realization.

Either way I think both are good to study and aspire to. Any spiritual work of the sort is miles ahead of monotheistic religions

  • @snowboarder952

I concur with the last line.

Especially when you're talking about monotheism that induces crazy fear into the mind with anything involving demons... and eternal punishment for so much as looking at a ladies rack and simply thinking "Oh, she got a nice rack" and being damned forever because you do not believe a certain way.

Do I believe in after life?... Yes

    Demons? No... Evil spirits? Yes

Damnation?... Yes, in means of spirit correction

HOT DAMN! Call me Hindu XD

  • @Scaly420 Idk about evil spirits or damnation but both these religions teach and train you to inquire within for happiness as opposed to without. Seeking without will only bring about a more active mind and more uneasiness. Seek within and you are able to destroy the mind and remove obstacles.

  • @Leofox94 I agree and can relate with you so much

  • @Leofox94 You are bang on! Buddhism isn't really a religion either. More like a culture. I am an atheist but I meditate and think Buddhism is very intriguing and I almost would call myself a Buddhist except I do not worship him but have a big respect for his advices. I also love South-East Asian cultures and think we should try to be more like them in our way of thinking. If everyone was peaceful and subtle we would all be happier and live a longer, healthier life.

  • @bluffr22 you are absolutely right... But as you can see, not all can achieve inner peace, unfortunately...

  • @bluffr22 The Buddha is not a god to be worshiped but a enlightened being. There is no concept of a deity in Buddhism.

  • I have never been able to meditate properly. Just can't get relaxed enough. Then I found some supposedly new sound technique..I tried it and I think I actually got really deeply relaxed. But still... could have been placebo due to my expectations...and also this tuff seems a bit...I don't know...strangely effective..So I don't know.. but hey..If you want to check it for yourself it's here: watch?v=S0_y1BCWpOo

  • You cannot turn off the mind without knowing the truth , those who say meditation works this way are liars , you have to know the truth . Search 'truth contest' on google , Click the 1st link , Open the Present and read what it says , Everyone needs to see this , It will change the world if it reaches enough people in time .

  • @Heartfullofsoul100 : Sometimes It work for Us but Not for Others . Sometimes It work for Others and Not Work for Us .

  • anuragam ., janani

  • Sounds like the music when Neil's about to hang himself on Dead Poet Society

  • my back hurts really bad when i meditate ,,is it ok to lean against the wall or no ?

  • @behzad500bc Yes! The point of meditation is to be comfortable and aware, and calm. You can sit in a chair also if you need to.

  • @pangelfling ok thank you .

  • @behzad500bc I'd imagine.

  • 15 minutes? i do at least half an hour

  • wow, i remember back in like 2007 this vid only had like 100,000 views. i love this vid, i go straight on it sometimes when im having a severe anxiety attack

  • is it possible to meditate too much? i constantly do it almost every day, given the fact that im afraid to let things go..

  • @sphynx105 i'd recommend reading a book on meditation if you haven't already. as my practice has gone on I've had an easier time letting things go. Change and adaption is always happening and you will have less anxiety if you can easily let things go. Hanging on to things is draining.

  • @sphynx105 never, when you meditate your at one with yourself and the universe. itll make you strong to face whatever circumstances you meet throughout the day

  • Wonderful...

  • Icarus3ak: THANKS a LOT for such a PERFECT piece of music to have on in background during meditation. Please do post more such pieces! :)

  • I hear you bulf22.

  • this is still my favorite meditation music/video on youtube....

  • This piece is beautiful, thank you for creating it. One a side note, to anyone pushing the religious envelope because of the imagery, consider this.

Religion is what you carry to the grave with you, devotion is what you live with.

  • NICE ! i been looking for a good one like this! Im not buddhust or hindu im an atheist but i want to meditate im a stressed out ****** and i want to become a calm person.

  • reminds me of that puppet from the saw movies

  • Firstly, I dislike this religious babble, but maintain that it is important in all of our lives. I have no love for Yahweh the Christian god because of a number of the things he is portrayed to done, and that his people have done in his name. Instead I worship Odin. Thor, Tyr, Freya and Frey. People may judge me for it, for looking at mythology and declaring belief, but the point is is that we all have a personal spiritual connection that differs.

  • @Ogrimify The fuck?

  • Elephant scary D:

  • this was magical...

  • I love studying to this when i have huge upcoming exams...really calms me down.

  • @yeshua4U Let that bygone parable control every facet of reasonable thought, & you'll be lost. The bible is to be used as a guide, solace, w/e you find in it that will teach about your own life, its intricacies, goes for any "bible", like a consultation of sorts. Or other insight, but don't get too carried away by an old text (with situations that probably did happen) w/ strong&vehement pronunciations that make impact. Decipher symbolism & understand what it really means & how you can apply it.

  • Anything that has appeared in this reality is possible; manifesting may be good. The karma of those witnessing any miracle are apportioned in

relation to the karma of the event. The communication between inspiration&enlightenment could be called Zen, Zen has no time & space limitation. Zen is to purify the cause for forth extinguishing our sins. Practice&Discipline is stronger than belief. Religion is primitive, besides one who practices what is believed & turns it into good. Such as a Sadhana.

  • takie sobie.

  • @TheSevenSecretAnswer Interesting that there are only seven answers, and they're all secret, suggesting the universe is witholding privilaged information from us that can only be unlocked by purchasing your spurious volume.

you're in the wrong place buddy, capitalism is thataway --------->

  • This is my favorite meditation music... search for:

Anders Rogg - Hymne (The sound of light)

    So warm and comforting!!!

  • awesome

  • From what source is this work taken.....please assist or give info on composer

  • @182franc Try reading the description box before you ask questions: Jonathan Goldman " Crown of Creation"

  • What does meditation do for a shy person?

  • @Maltese7Boi meditation is just for relaxation, if you want to change your personality you need to take control of your own thoughts and change your habits.

    Shy people are fine though.

  • @Cocoheadedcannibal

yes i dont know why people see it (shyness) as bad

  • @Maltese7Boi meditation doesn't just relax you. It can be used as a spiritual tool to access the the infinite corridors of your mind and reflectively find yourself and awaken a deep sense of contentment. it helps in many ways just depends what you want to use it for. :]

  • this is my all time fave right now.....must have 500 listens from me alone....and 500 more coming....makes meditation so easy .....ommmmmmmm!!!

  • Relaxing music for meditation on my page!

  • I am at one with the Universe. I would like to announce the following changes...

  • @mrergotamine , very insightful. i know i abused my mind an awful lot.

  • such a beautiful picture of ganesh in carved in rock...love the video and music

  • The mind is the most commonly abused area of the body. Expand it.... Open it.

  • @dmcarden I try and also and think about what life truely means and think of what ive done throughout the day and you why I will feel a certain way about something and drowned out the world you know get to know yourself and the universe around you a little better.

  • @dmcarden Calming the mind helps not only your mind, but your body. Meditation helps release stress and anxiety. 15 minuets a day, and you can reprogram your brain

  • What are the benefits of meditation? So if I focus on my breath, what does it do for me?

  • Love this video! The visuals are really relaxing and the music helps to clear the mind. It reminds me of some pleasant experiences in my life. It's like a massage or a spa for the mind and my beauty therapist plays this kind of music all the time. The healing vibes are having a positive medical effect and I find it helps me to sleep better. It's fantastic for yoga and Zen meditation.

  • Thank you this was very powerful for me!

  • WORLDWIDE ~ flash mob ~ MEDITATION = Thursday, July 28th .. noon - 1 pm ..

    - see site for more details & cities MedMob.org ♥ INQUIRE WITHIN ♥

  • All new journeys start with small steps, I have never meditated but I would imagine it's like all things practice on a daily basis. My mind can be very cluttered and noisy, but I managed to be at peace and focus on my breath during a recent Reiki Session, it was a phenomenal experience. I felt like my breath had merged with everything and everyone. Soothing music, beautiful scented candles, dim lighting all add to the ambience. Beautiful Clip.

  • when i meditated this morning for the first time i only actually felt it for like 2 minutes due to teh fact my mind kept wandering off its really hard to keep on focus on my breath can some one please tell me if i keeep practising i will get better becasue my mind wandering rlly discourages me plus the 2 minutes i mediatated were so CRAZY i felt as if i was changing sizes on my body and my eys wur rapidly blinking while there wur closed

  • @SayainBroly1 Have you considered getting a guided meditation video? That's what I had to do. It helped a TON. It's called "Meditation for Beginners", and is put out by Gaiam. It's a really excellent video. It starts out with a little easy yoga (which you could probably skip if you're not into it). After that, Mariza (the lady in the video) guides you through two typical meditation practices: Body Scan and Breathing.

  • love the music. thanks for sharing.

  • Did anyone else experience a levitation experience, or an experience which involved intense (yet subtle) vibrations going through your body and paralysing you (in a pleasant way)?

  • @KKCSTUDIO you were most likely close to REM sleep from my knowledge.

  • @AnubisEye009 Ah, a good sign (since I want to start lucid dreaming).

  • Anytime I can't meditate well on other videos I switch to this one and it always brings me in a very pleasant and relaxing state of mind. Thanks for the upload!

  • A beautiful composition to meditate with. Thank you :)

  • beautiful

  • Super!

    -j-

  • Heavenly!

  • Very nice! Thank you for posting this video.

  • @fuckmania07 you think about it, that's our fault for not seeing every beautiful different loving being as a gift. I -3 you all just the way you are! Never forget that.

  • @fuckmania07 Meditation is a good practice for any religion, not of course that you have to, since different things work for different people. Same goes for religion, different beliefs work for different people and give everyone the peace they need. No matter the religion, the same feeling is present. I think that's why it's so important to embrace our differences as a gift, if we weren't different, this world wouldn't be as fun. Many say that it's only caused war, these differences... But when

  • well I tried all that but then one got into the departure lounge and had to let it go..

  • @fuckmania07 everyone has the right to believe what they want, and whether you like it or not, you must respect it. By the way Christianity teaches tolerance of all. Perhaps you should do a little bit more research before you make an opinion, not go by what people tell you.
