@hondrman mugen cat-back exhausts cost 2.5-3k? no they don't, even the headers are under $1k and they have mucho bling. lol. pass on the magnaflow, rather have a varex, quiet on one hand, fully open and no restriction on the other, no compromise with half shitty sounding 'legal' volume ones.

if it's a cat-back, fuck the cannon right off, it's the piping that makes the difference, swap to any old (decent and good sized) muffler and tip and you wont lose any power, just make it sound better

@flinchey Sorry not 2-3k I can get that car for 3k so I mean 1 -1.5 k. and the ehaders are barely under 1 k . Varex, ha ha 90 percent of there stiff is a can !!! yeah fuck cannons , but this aint a cannon thats just a large end pipe of a oval/ circle back muffler, which is totally ok. its the piping that makes the difference a little bit but if he is getting a bolt on to cat then why are we talking about piping , they are all 2.2 or 2.5 inch anyway unless they dont know how to make parts right.

@hondrman ah yeah, over here ludes are 5-6k in decent condition. .. and all exhausts (mugen or not) cost a bucket, all headers for ludes that are decent are aroudn 1k :(...

nah the varex site lists some nice 2.5 in, 3 inch out (even a 2.5 inch out one!) - bigger tip (the 4 inch ending) amplifies the noise, think of it like a musical instrument, makes it a LOT louder than it has to be.

i just want not unneccessarily loud with full performance still.

@socalevo9 It ain't a damn "fugen". Justin is all about authentic parts, that's why he has achieved such a "baller" status in the prelude community. You really need to check out his car's thread so you can see the pictures... It's the real deal. Yes, there are more efficient and function oriented exhausts out there, but nothing can touch Justin's lude as far as form goes. By far one of the cleanest, most well kept preludes on this planet. Show the man some respect!
