Chapter 4 - Effects of Soluble and Insoluble Fiber on Gut Function

Interesting. I do have a question though about the response to Myth 4: would that apply to people who've recently received or about to receive a colonoscopy as well? It's usually advised to keep the colon clear before it, and to avoid fiber since the the colon was "disturbed" during the colonoscopy treatment...thoughts?
