  • I was just about to upload a similar video when I saw yours. I'm still going to upload it but want to formulate my explanation real well and make sure that Charter sees it. We have contacted Charter MANY times. A different tech comes out every time with some different bullshit solution. The issue gets cleared up for a week or so, then it comes back. We are SICK of it. Charter has a monopoly here. There is no other cable company, and we are in a forest and cannot do the DirectTV thing.

  • thats a low signal on your digital channels either from bad wiring / splitter loss or the drop line you need a tech and makeshure he uses his meter the signals should be between +12 and -12 dbmv and 35-50 on the return

  • Where are you located? What is Charter's position on this?

    Same B.S. that there in nothing wrong and they can't do anything about it?

  • @cjdobbert From Western WI, I ended up moving before they got around to fixing it.
