Hello, I am Chinese, and I would like to say, I'm happy that China and Chinese in general have pretty good and stable relationship with the Middle East, Islamic nations, and Arabic peoples of the world... We are like neighbors on a big island known as Asia, and we like in peace, trade in harmony, and respect each other's great wisdom, civilization, and culture...
Oh no is that Hollywood Jordan...I thought jordan was a muslim country and this woman so called queen has no islam in her. Her husband should be ashamed of himself for having a woman that is not an example for her people. Shameful Jordan
my queen....its a great honor to present islam by this manner....u did say alot of wise words which will have a magnificent impact on our future, god bless u with his majesty king abdullah.
she's really good thou. I liked her presentation; people who present from their head, not come up and read paper line to line. she's beautiful I must admit
I fully agree with her statement when she says,...
"I believe we are missing the moral language of the conscience. We are missing the graceful conversation of the heart. We are missing the humanitarian perspective that helps us see through another person's eyes. And to empethise, person to person, neighbor to neighbor, us to them." She defined moral and respect for one another.
In the US, all we have is a survival oppression which failed us all, but a select few. And if the world was smart...
I'll bet King Abdullah, direct descendant of the moslem prophet Mohamed, is SO PROUD of the fact that millions of strange men wordwide are fantasizing about his beautiful wife.
I think he feels very fortunate, like we do. You know, in today's society, all men behave like dogs towards women, wether you're a direct descendant of a prophet or the son of a king...
King Abdullah only claims that He is the descendant of Prophet Muhammad to strengthen his political power, so that people will obey him. Many don't believe in it and thought that it was a myth.
Queen Rania of Jordan is so smart. She always tries to bridge the gap between the West and the East by her good presentation, preparation. She talked about Chinese philosopher in the World Economic Forum. She is speaking about her husband King Abdullah travelling every year to China. She has a future of Jordan.
all on the same team??? i thought the whole idea of business was to put the other guy out of business? how can an economic system that is fueled by competition, piting one person against the other, foster unity?
china is writing a bold new chapter in their history...finding new ways to use prison labor to make products for almost nothing to destroy societies based on any sense of human rights, spread the ideals of pollution and repression, and viciously repress free speech
Well, I'm rather surprised by so many positive comments to this speech. I find it quite void actually. All she says is "guys, you should be more open" - well, we all know. It's a bit like "guys, you should quit smoking"...
Comments like "great speech" are nice but I miss the "because..." part.
Her speech was not only remarkable but remarkably delivered as well. I think Jordan people should be proud of such a leader and to be coherent with her speech every human being regardless of their origin should agree to the point she's made. Simply and ever so lightly "one world, one dream". I sure do hope that the corporate world got the message.
amazing... that is the best speech i have ever heard.. and i love the part she talks about diversity and understanding between the Muslim world and the west.. its about time we started to understand eachother.
frankly it is easy to be rhetorical, perhaps more easier to deliver statesman-like speeches. it is easy to talk of diversity, of love, compassion, using one's intellect to solve the problems of the world, and also to say that it is easy to find common ground.
well, itis easy when you can do that...her speech was great....and i think she coped with the thing ....One of her strengths and most important one - beauty.
well ur certainly right, but I don't think she was so political, she was way too rhetorical (but what's wrong with that) but she made a point, said something and proved her probably very high IQ level.
I agree with u. These things look impressive on paper and even more in speech. Most of us can easily pinpoint global issues but if u ask how we can practically adress them, there are hardly any real answers. Her speech is amazing and so is she, but she offers no real solutions.
She is just fabulous...what can I say? Attractive, intelligent, articulate, sophisticated, dignified, and harmonizing different forces. She must make Jordanians so proud.
Let the whole world see who truly our leaders are. You ,your majesty, and H.M. King Abdullah are the best example for the say (Lead by example). Thank you from deep of our hearts for the great efforts you do proofing that Jordan has a major rule in the world of polytics and economics.
