  • does it get hot from friction?

  • I wish Lego made something like this. Just a working model V8 engine.

  • 19 people had this explode in their faces

  • are those legos

  • put a supercharger in it

  • an dthen it fell off the table :/

  • I hate my mother for selling my Lego box!

  • wow! can u do a hemi??

  • If this runs with air... could this possibly be a prototype for a future engine for real cars?

  • but will it blend?

  • legos wth

  • I heard about someone who touch one of the pistons,he died.

  • How much horsepower?

  • Where's your timing chain you used in previous V8 model? It looked pretty nice.. Anyway, nice engine! Next step would be putting this on one of your models, Challenger/Mustang whatever it is atm. That would made it a real american muscle.

  • all i can say is holy shit

  • I would like to buy this from you. .How much you want for it?

  • @makemebad344 Go to the LPEpower (.com) home page.

  • where you bought it?

  • @gigin1992 I made it. Visit the LPEpower homepage.

  • wow.

  • that looks like made with lego's

  • @craftbeer1 Thank you Captain for stating the Obvious. Or do you prefer the name "Capitain Obvious"?

  • @craftbeer1 i just thought it was cool you dont have to be a jerk about it

  • Wait, how?

  • 18 ppl wanted to see a vtec

  • @coolgames14 thumbsup FAIL

  • has it ever broken from going to fast?

  • you have said in other video that these motors are pnuematic motors that run on air, and which leads me to these 2 questions... is there any exaust from the compreesed air and can you make them sound even better than they do for a lego motor?

  • @miketheredneckable Sadly, due to the design of the switches, the exhaust cannot be collected. If one could collect it, a compound engine would be possible, with high pressure coming to a small cylinder and the exhausted lower pressure goint into a big cylinder.

  • @nicjasno could it be collected with a container around the entire engine?

  • Is there a use for it? or it just makes noise and looks good? :)

  • if you, have a transmission to hook the v8 to the wheels of a car it will move but not very fast

  • @sirmok12 they could put a heavy fly wheelie on it, it could maybe

  • so this can actually run a lego car?

  • I'd imagine you need to oil these right? What do you use?

  • plastic

  • 18 people wanted to see a rotary.

  • @oraclecrank Well.... sory. I cannot make one out of lego.

  • @nicjasno

Oh no, I just meant it as a joke about the 18 people who disliked the video for some reason... I think it's awesome

  • @oraclecrank Oh... missed the joke. :)

  • @nicjasno lol, fayle

  • What happens when you give the engine more power than it can handle? Like you say 1800 rpm is the max so far, but what if you connect an air drill to it and spin it to 5000 or 6000 rpm? Will it break? or overheat and melt from friction?

  • it almost looks like it could power a actuall car 0_0

  • Man the lego population will kill for one of these in they toy cars

  • FALLITO

  • Instructions ?? :D:D

  • might wanna back it off some of the rpms might blow a block. XD

  • I want to see it break :)

  • have you put it in a vehicle?

  • That's a nice paperweight u got there.

  • My dad says im gonna break one of my legos. I just show him this video.

  • lets make a vehicle! :D

  • what trip is it legos or what ?

  • no lubrication? or too much hydrodynamic drag?

  • Does it actually wear out it's parts?

  • does it Have V-Tec or Nitrous?

  • Will it run a car?

  • Sounds just like a plastic muscle car @ 0:56

  • eco way for a engine

  • dude i so want the kit for this

  • Very very cool, you are obviously smart and have some time on your hands. How about coming and working on a race car....

  • Really? ive seen mini v8s and shit thought it would be cool to put in a power wheel for a kid ..... but now its all about the faster lego...WTF sweet vid though amazing that lil thing even had some torque

  • Can you say how much kW, Hp or Nm this engine produces?

  • wasting time

  • At the start it sounds like a pissed off cat.

  • get some nitrous :D

  • @nachh0 It would be useless. It works on compressed gas.

  • get some nitrous

  • What is driving the motor? obviously it cant be gas, since plastic will melt. But is there and electric motor attached to it or some sort of compressor? if so is it built by Lego or something else?

Pretty cool thing, I must say!

  • @ailireruf Compressed air is driving the en gine. There is no electric motor.

  • @nicjasno Did you make this or did you buy it?

  • @jman224333 I make these things of course. Go to the LPEpower homepage.

  • @ailireruf OBVIOUSLY.... u goon. -_-

  • @1janlars The crank and cam need to have the same shape, then you just try out all possible combinations (if you have 24z gears, then you have 24 possible combinations. One will work.

  • @nicjasno

where did you get the meter measuring the rpm's?

  • @nicjasno thats gotta take a long time figuring out which one it is :P

  • @WpA09 Which one is what?

  • @nicjasno which of the combinations is the right one :D

  • @WpA09 What combinations do you mean?

  • @nicjasno oops i commented on the wrong video. sry about that

  • pretty sweet

  • Any faster and the lego will melt D=

  • make a straight six and you can eliminate the vibrations from the secondary imbalance inherent in crossplane V8 engines.

  • He should Make a Inline 5, Or a V10/V12

  • how is this powered

  • perfect! I've been looking for a replacement for my worn out 98 lego GT cobra

  • make a v12 or some complicate shit like a W16 xD

  • For us lego fans!

    this is the holy grail.

    (one of many)

  • PUSHRODS FTW!!!!!

  • image going out for dinner with the person who makes these as a hobby..

  • @IngmarxEsmee Does this mean you're inviting me to dinner? :)

  • @nicjasno lol

  • What does it run on??

  • @TRcustomengineering it doesnt its electric made to look like an engine but its not.

  • :)))))))))

  • you should make a life sized loge car

  • @MrThesubscriber99

    There is one!

    A Volvo SUV

  • you made it with knexx/lego! its amazing haha!

  • MADE OF LEGO (I think)? O_O Accually gas powered?

  • @KyleLee408 technically yes but its not the same as you put in a car

  • now put that in to a life size lego car..... no enshurance needed just build it together again :-]

  • lol legos....

  • good work

  • looks like an LS engine almost =) same color scheme and all

  • OMG 299,00 Euros

  • @Crashbandicout The production version is worth every cent.

  • Comment removed

  • That is SO cool! a Lego V8! :P

  • That is SO cool! a Lego V8! :P

  • Needs a transmission to boot :D

  • whoa legos have come a long ways in 30 years! Incredible.

  • haha! that thing is Cool! =)

  • u shood a supercharged one 4 me :P thats shits insane i want!!! lol

  • this is probably one of the coolest fucking things ive ever seen ...

  • legos you can make everything out of em

  • how did you build this??

  • hello, excuse me where I can buy one of those? and what is the approximate price?

  • @dralizan go to my webpage where i sell them: w w w . LPEpower . c o m

  • hello, excuse me where I can buy one of those? and what is the approximate price?

  • Wicked. Iwould buy that. how much?

  • @TheDazman96 go to my webpage where i sell them: w w w . LPEpower . c o m

  • I have some really really old lego motors they have no gear reduction, so they spin at like 3000 rpm

  • sounds like a diesel car xD

  • cant beleive that shits lego

  • looks like its made out of legos lol

  • @pattonftw it is

  • sound like diesel toyota XD

  • sounds almost like an actual engine!

  • dude, that'd be sweet if you made a tranny for it

  • oooo very good!!

  • lego ?!

  • Pretty impressive. Lego stuff always had consistant quality.

  • awesome how did you make it

  • NICE

  • holy crap those pistons are flying for what is it made of lego's

  • My specialty are 1:6 scale lego cars. Take a look at my webpage.

  • your fucking retarted this is really really hard and costs alot of money tard and its lego what the hell is leggo.all

  • i was so stupid i made one and i thought it was supposed to be electric powered when it was air powerd so it failed but then it worked .

  • sounds awesome

  • wtf is that thing made out of legos

  • thats amazing, whats it running on?

  • pneumatic. Compressed air

  • thank u

  • air

  • not a hayabusa smart car

  • how u do this?!!!

  • This Probably has more hp than the smart car lol

  • This is fucking GLORIOUS

  • has anyone made a lego rotory

  • there is 2 video that i've seen but none of them were powered fast like the lego pisons

  • Actually it sounds like a power drill...

  • haha, sweet!!! almost sounds like a diesel v8 :)

  • out of fucking legos?

  • How many HP? lol

    That's pretty cool.

  • you can buy these pre built they have like 3 or 4 something like that in THP

  • so how does a guy make one of those...

  • How did you get the RPM device?

  • I bet you had to super glue those pieces together and then go over it with more super glue lol

  • sounds like an old ford tractor at idle

  • how the hell did you make that out of legos?

  • god dammit, you are fucking cool

  • Didn't know Lego made engines. :P

  • haha im suprised the legos didnt melt

  • you need to buy a big can of wd40 and pump as much are in it as you can and just keep spraying it

  • wd40 destroys lego.

  • Is that lego?

  • u paid 453$ for this?

  • I sell better versions of this on w w w . LPEpower . c o m

  • were can i get a kit dude :) ?

  • like it! sound like a diesel :D

  • those look like legos...idk

  • what is dis?

  • I don't khow how to make a good engine,

canyou tall me how can you make it,please

  • Go to w w w . LPEpower . c o m

  • daaamn put that in a civic... that shit will fly

  • LOL get the VeeeeTEC going haha

  • @MrShimsham nah if you put that in a civic.......i bet that the stock engine has about 4-5 times the rpm of this . . . anyways good job alex!!

  • Nice do you have a link to how to build that?

  • Great engines! Try to install flywheel on them for smoother running.

  • i would put a fan for kicks, it doesnt harm the preformance ethir.

  • well the engine gets up to speed in like a split second...putting a fan would probably cause tortion on the axle
