I love gazpacho too and drink it by the carton in the summer when i am in europe. I always said to myself, this kind of cold refreshing soup would be so foreign to asian ppl. So glad to have been proved wrong. :D
I favorite this video...and today I watched it again and decided to try and make some~ it's so refreshing! :) I love it, I was surprised by the taste o: ~ thank you maangchiii~ ^^
oooooooooooooo it would be so fun if you made atleast one vid where you cook like italian or mexican fooood! :-D....that would be so neat if you did that Maangchi
Thank you Maangchi for your prompt reply. Now I miss my Korean friend, it's been a long time since I last saw her. She's a good cook too. When we ate lunch together, I always 'share' her lunch..haha.
This soup looks very refreshing. I've eaten a soup very similar to this at a Korean restaurant. The only thing I see missing are the noodles and a hard boil egg. Is this an entirely different soup or are there different variations to this soup?
This soup is side dish. You will have to eat this with rice. The cold noodle soup (meal) is different from this soup. Check out my cold noodle soup recipe. thanks,!
u could also put a pinch of red pepper power (kochu karoo) for those who like a spicy taste only a pinch though, you dont want the soup color to be red
Your'e too nice. You should have told her to pay attention. You said "some people use hot pepper flakes here, I sometimes make it that way too but I prefer the green color..."
LOVE THIS Maangchi! Love vegetarian dishes! Thank you for all your work, your blog and videos are excellent! I've been watching these every chance I get!

Looks simple indeed. I would remove those Red Chili Pepper though... I don't think it'll make a huge difference in the taste beside the fact I remove the spicy side XD
