Your shading is awesome! You had it going good at the starting because the eye looks good, but you need to work on the proportion of the face (Eyes need to be farther apart and maybe alittle smaller, the face needs to be skinnier, ext.) good job.

Ok Im not going to lie,this is my opinion.

His left eyelid looks like its drooping way too much and The right side of the nose is too straight and it sorta just juts out at his nostril

apart from that your good at drawing for 15!!

also, I'd definatly say your strongest point in shading,Its really good and makes everything look really lifelike!!
