You are definitely a musician, it was beautiful! I would also like to know the piano solo, if you wouldn't mind sharing it, that would be great, thank you!
@mishla1565 : thx ; OK, I will do it for you, but you know, I'm not a pianist and I learned keyboard by myself only, so, my fingers' position are not correct ! I change the angle of recording with my camera too, like that, you will see witch keys are used, allright ! sorry for my bad english ! cheers from thierry
@tlnet37 Thank you so much! I really appreciate it. So you play by ear? Pretty awesome talent you have . Keep cultivating it. I read music, but haven't played in a long while. I was tinkering around and came across your video, Again......Niceeeee! Changing the camera's angle should help alot.
@im19iSWARE :I bought it 2 years ago 1500 €, actually 1843 USD or 1977 CDN ; ALESIS has stopped its production but I think you can find it on Ebay ? many months ago, it was possible to buy it less than 1000 € in Germany (actually 1300 CDN or 1230 USD).
@nicholaszz : thanks ! OK, I understand ; I am working on a new tutorial : how to play Enigma - Sadeness with the original samples and 3 tracks played in live, track after track ; I will change the angle of my camera, so you will see the keys : Be carefull : I'm not a musician and my finger's position is not perfect ! cheers from thierry
Hi,Please make another video show me how to use sequencer properly so that i can try at home to record my music.and also show me how to use other instruments when i connect to alesis and click audio option , i want to know everything. i have a lot of questions iam a very desperate musician beginer. i love music a lot.Thank you
In a next video, I will show you how to sequence different tracks in realtime, and how to import audio samples prepared with Sound Forge, and converted into Fusion's format ... when I'll have enough time to do that !
merci ! ahhh mais je crois qu'on est issu du même crû exceptionnel : 1964 ! et nos parents ont dû suivre le même feuilleton en 63/64 pour nous prénommer pareil !!!
I don't know the QS8, but I read some articles about it ; it sounds great ; so, I only play on the Fusion and, for my use, it's too powerfull ! the sounds are clean, realistic and powerfull ( but not all the sounds) ; you can import others samples from any sampler (Akaï, Emulator, etc.) that you can convert into Fusion's format to play with it.
And now, I prepare a making of "SAdeness" from Enigma, to show how to prepare and use the original choir, drums samples (that I found on internet). So, for me, the Fusion is the best choice that I have made. I have too a Roland SH-101 that I will connect into the Fusion, to sample some white noise into EH Small Stone Phaser, and other 'swirls', beeeeepppp ... i prepare the video ! Now, make your choice ! cheers !
I am learning piano on a Yamaha at 'school' for adults, the keys of the Fusion are not so heavy than the Yamaha (i tried too a Steinway... no comment !!!). It is not the same sensations, that's sure ; but, you can adjust the aftertouch for more response of the keys under different pressures (ohh sorry for my bad english !!! I hope you understood me !).
For me, the Fusion is enough because I'm beginner ! bye !
all patches are preset and delivered with the Fusion ! and we can download new patches from Hollow Sun freely ; but here, in that demo, all patches belong to preset internal banks of the Fusion .
when you see my other videos, you can hear others sounds witch are preset too ; the harp laser in rendez-vous, is downloaded from internet and converted from a sound font format, into a fusion format.
Yes, I should use the 2 auxillary outputs, but, I have problems with my computer's internal sound card, which doesn't detect any signal. I have to buy an external USB interface with audio-card integrated ... soon christmas !!!
I use the microphone to record music with it while Adobe SoundBooth CS3 is recording its signal. In fact, I put the USB microphone beetween the 2 amplified monitors (prodipe 8) to record the audio, at the same time that my video recorder ; after, I synchronize all that with Adobe Premiere CS3, and I export in FLV for YouTube. Bye !
