I have it for few weeks and must say one thing.Great guitar.Very well made, Duncan on the bridge, have something from LP but not so heavy both weight and sound.LP is dark, for heavy rock a bit and this is more for rock.But hey!Price is not just a small detail!For this price you can't have better guitar.Long sustain, made like a tank and sound really good.Just matter of taste.Maybe not for studio recording, but small/medium stage or home/garage friends band for sure!It's worth it.The real deal!

meh its ok. Im thirteen, been playing for like 6 months and i can play this solo almost perfect. The only tricky thing is the pinch harmonics. To do pinch harmonics you must do the following:

Place your thumb near the end of the tip of the pick, so just a little bit of the pick sticks out, then hit the string hard and kinda bend your wrist so your thumb hits the string. I love pinch harmonics. they rock.

just when you pick the string, you DIG into the string (by just literaly picking the string but also pushing it forward) then you just scrape you thumb with your strum. it takes a while, but practice it. To get a better sound u need to wiggle your finger on the fret up and down really fast (not like a vibrato wich is sideways) like you half lift your finger off the fret.

Yes,

But you need to be good at them to get anything good out of them. Otherwise they will just sound awful no matter what.

i don't think the sound quality of the amp makes it better... u just need an amp with alot of overdrive (overdrive really brings out the pinch harmonic)

They're called pinch harmonics. What kind of guitar do you have? It might be that your pickups aren't the right kind.
