  • a goog and special ...man and giutar man ...ho was also with carol king , james taylor ...

  • It'd be nice to hear them play OR talk. Instead the talking and music compete for our attention. And we really can't enjoy either.

  • Love your sound.

    Come play Seattle.

    Please?

  • Yes that's him. He is pretty brilliant.

  • Is this THE Danny Kortchmar? If so, I guess he must be the same guitar player to co-write a bunch of Don Henley songs throughout the 1980's. Like Dirty Laundry; All She Wants To Do is Dance; Not Enough Love In The World; New York Minute; I Will Not Go Quietly... And so on, and so forth! If he be he? WOW! is all I got to say!

  • @goofydog2 Definatley the same Danny Kortchmar. He was a very highly thought of and talented sessions guitarist in the 70's and 80's. He did a shit load of stuff with Jackson Browne in the 80's as well. Check out youtube vid Jackson Browne - Somebody's baby (1982). A very young Kortchmar is the guitarist in that original music video for the song! Kortchmar is one of those "no name" guys behind the scenes who has a lot of influence and involvement with big named artist of the time!

  • @BJR1977 God, how many musicians are out there, or who have long passed, that we never really new of? They helped make some of the best music of our times (meaning; in recorded history), yet, who are they? I know there must be many! Right now, I'm thinking of Stuart Smith of the Eagles, who, like Danny Kortchmar, is helping Henley write and play some great tunes, but I wonder how many fans of the Eagles really know how much he benefits the band?
