  • @kingssing I started taking it about a month ago, and Im not sure exacly how much it has grown since then, but I got my roots rebleached a week ago and its already grown a cm

  • HI, what is the difference between the sublime sulphur and the one from the health food store, I purchase mine from mother earth health food and the powder is white, but watching your video the powder is yellow.

  • theres so many brands of msm...are all of them the same n safe 2 consume ???

  • I use 20-30 grams a day in pill form when im training heavy for martial arts. Gives me the flexibility of a 10 year old. I cant live without it Yes that's 20 capsules. You cant overdose. even better when you pair it with vit c.

  • @naturalbornqueen

    I went to 4 CVS & 1 Walgreens

and asked for the Sublime Sulphur and all the pharmacist said they had NO idea what I was talking about....also didnt carry MSM capsules.

  • @CamilovesJesusChrist try amazon

  • @Newleaf2012

It's fine..I found it at walmart!!!

Yay!! Bout to take some now! been taking it for 3 weeks now!

  • @CamilovesJesusChrist You can purchase MSM capsules in the vitamin section of Walmart. You can break open the capsules and put into oil if you like. Or just take it as a vitamin as directed.

  • @mspinkytee

Thanks...found some at Walmart and been taking it for almost a month now! But great idea! Thanks a lot I think i'm going to do a little of both :0) .

  • thanks for the info!

  • Sulphur works even better when taken with vitamin c.

  • Great video, thanks for sharing

  • The capsules and tablets come in 500/1000 mcg.

  • I buy msm in bulk and drink a tablespoon in water. At first it was yuuUg!but after a few times you get used to it and I think its working a little magic. Let you know after a while. Thanks

  • msm is good for the vagine

  • I've heard MSM does remarkable things for the body such as relieving the joints from pain, and aids in keeping you regular. But I believe very strongly that it grows the hair long, and protects it from breakage. My Mom used Sulfur 8 on my scalp and hair almost all of my childhood years, and my hair grew down to my behind, and I am African American. My family has great hair, but I honestly do believe it accelerates hair growth from my own personal experience. Nowadays, I wear my hair very short.

  • YOU CAN'T DRINK SULBLIMED SULFUR. SUBLIMED SULFUR IS NOT WATER SOLUBLE.

MSM IS AN ORGANIC FORM THAT IS WATER SOLUBLE AND CAN BE FOUND IN DIGESTIBLE POWDER AND VITAMINS.

DONT DIGEST THE YELLOW POWDER (SUBLIMED SULFUR)

    AS ALWAYS, DO YOUR RESEARCH.

  • MSM also seems to mess with menstrual cycles badly. So ladies be careful

  • @glittered453

    what exactly does it do?

  • @ElPressie i'm not sure how it actually does it but i think it has something to do with its power to de-toxify the blood causing it to act as a blood thinner. However i don't like the early spotting, prolonging of the cycle and how msm seems to make it arrive earlier also. This has happened to a few ladies i know, so just as a warning incase you do take it and notice a change in your menstrual cycle; this could be the culprit.

  • Would sulfur 8 work fine?

  • You can buy sublime sulfur at UK Amazon

  • its a pity i don't know if i can buy sublime sulfur in london :-(

  • CAN U POST LINKS TO THESE SITE?

  • Sweet Nature by Eddie's hair oil is $23 for an 8oz bottle...I just checked her site

  • I've taken MSM for awhile for skin purposes but saw zero improvement in hair or nails. Then I moved on to Sulfur 8 mixed with MN (vagisil cream), which did work but gave me intense headaches. So finallly, I decided to try 8 oz of grapeseed oil mixed with 1 tbs of sublimed sulfur and I kid you not ladies I have an inch of hair already in some parts of my hair and it's only been 2 weeks. How do I know this? I got my hair tightly cornrowed a week and a half ago and the braids are ready to take down

  • @feistygurly where did u get the sulpher from?

  • @feistygurly

I had the same results with the pills. I started taking it and I noticed about 1" of hair in just 2.5 weeks. I had put my hair in mini twists prior to starting and within two weeks I couldn't believe it and the thickness is incredible. I have thickness in areas I've been trying to thicken up with jamacian black castor oil for months!! In addition my skin is looking rather radiant as well. I'm sticking with this for as long as I can.

  • NO I DON'T KNOW !

  • Thank you for the video!!!!!....hugs!!!!

  • I read that you have to take it with vitamin C to be effective.

  • for hair growth usually 1000mg of MSM(500mcg) with vitamin B-complex and biotin helps hair growth. because hairfinity is a good hair growth product and the key ingredients are MSM, Biotin, and vitamin B-complex. Also sulfur base hair grease is good, plus sulfur based hair grease also helps with dandruff.

  • Thanks for the info.

  • you sound like liz muller from some other videos

  • Sublimed sulfur is very acidic. It must be mixed with oil, shea butter, coconut oil, etc., in a proportion of one part powder to 10 parts oil. If there is too much sulfur it can cause irritation and possible burning of the skin or scalp. I ordered my sulfur from Amazon, very cheap. Couldn't find it at any pharmacy in my area.

  • Did anyone try this?

  • girl yes it works, joint pain yes LOL rupunzle my spelling is off

  • No. You said "I love the disclosure about not being sure how the product will work for you, and all the possibilities of side effects". You are talking about more than just confidence.

  • Im illergic to sulphur, what else can I use ???

  • @jeree28 Biotin, silica, mananese, folic acid and a host of others.

  • @jeree28 On your scalp, you can use essential oils and scalp massages. Scalp massages, I am really starting to believe, are as effective as sulfur.

  • Im illergic to sulphur, what else can I use ???

  • Im illergic to sulphur, what else can I use???

  • @jeree28 ARE YOU ALLERGIC TO SULPHUR OR SULFA BECAUSE THESE ARE TWO VERY DIFFERENT THINGS. sO IF YOUR DR SAYS YOU HAVE A SULFA ALLERGY WHICH MEANS YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO CERTAIN ANTIBIOTICS DOESNT MEAN YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO SULPHUR. iF YOU DO HAVE A SULPHUR ALLERGY TRY BIOTIN.

  • Im illergic to sulphur, what else can I use???

  • Great Vid! Made me Sub! :)

  • I love the disclosure about not being sure how the product will work for you, and all the possibilities of side effects. Why do a video on something you have no business talking about? If you feel confident about what your talking about, others will too.

  • @THEALMIGHYCHOSEN12 Just cause others will feel confident doesn't mean they will not have ill effect. Most allergies are from natual products.

  • @kmcl11 Thanks for your comment. However, I never stated that the products will WORK or be better if the HOST was more confident. I said (typed) if your going to talk about something, do it with confidence without giving an 'Im not an 'expert' disclosure several minutes into it. Shalom.

  • @THEALMIGHYCHOSEN12 LOOK IN ANY MEDICINE YOU HAVE EVER TAKEN IN A BOOK CALLED THE PDR THIS STANDS FOR PHYSICIAN DESK REFERENCE UNDER "HOW THIS MEDICINE WORKS'' ALL ARE LISTED AS UNKNOWN

  • hey i just got my sulfur!!! i bought it on amazon with my swagbucks!!! i cant wait to start making my oils!! i also got vatika hair oil. it an indian coconut oil with ayurvedic herbs.

  • We carry the first and only plant-soruced MSM crystals. Awesome video!!! Thanks. From, Jason & Pia (of the Welovesuperfoods website)

  • There are no side effects with MSM. The body needs it and actually produces less of it as you get older so it is a great supplement for hair and body. Additionally, the body will naturally get rid of any excess amounts of MSM it does not need.

  • Your absolutely right. Its also great for the skin. Especially in avoiding stretchmarks and your skin snapping right back after weightloss and pregnancy. Wonderful stuff.

  • I love your presentation, too funny "listen to me carefully, DO NOT....". Yes, you have to talk to people like they are 5 years old! Great facts!

  • omg p[lease help...where can i find MSM POWDER??? CVS? WALMART?

  • @QUEkstep Hey beautiful thank you for stopping by. Go to CVS and ask the pharmacist for sublime sulfur. Let me know when you get it.

    Blessings

    ~NBQ~

  • @naturalbornqueen How do you apply pure MSM topically? Do you mix the powder with something?

  • @QUEkstep u can fing it at amazon.com

  • yes, sulfur is contained in hair, but it stimulates the scalp when applied externally

  • Please can you tell me, if you necessarily have to add distilled water to the (MSM) hair recipe(s).It is sort of inconvenience for me to acquire the distilled water. Personally I wish to mix mine with these oil,and will add others in the future. The oils are,(Emu oil, castor oil,Coconut oil,and hopefully olive oil (depending on the price). Will that be okay?.Do you care to share your recipe(s).How do you apply the mixture to your head.Any additional info will be most welcomed.

  • I use organic msm all raw all natural. I use itfor arthritis inflammation. Yes my hair has grown alot. I recently had to cut it down to get the last of the relaxer out of my head before I get it loc'd. Been using msm for over a year in conjunction with flaxseeds. Thanks for the vid and keeping people informed!

  • I'm so grateful that I seen this video.

  • @naturalbornqueen @NappyChronicles I appreciate your info & insights!! I bought MSM powder to drink & try in my hair. I need it also for my back. Peace!

  • hey guys i live in raleigh nc and i found a sulfur serum in the dollar store repeat DOLLAR store so get some its cheap if u don't like it you ony paid a dollar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • will MSM help me with my Chronic Prostatitis problem ?

that is Inflammation of the Prostate Gland causing me severe pain and discomfort.

  • I found your video very good informative. I started researching sulfur a week ago and what you have been saying is a lot of what I have read.

  • Thanks for this. I've heard alot about MSM but I haven't tried it. I think I'll give it a try to help decrease shedding.

  • Thank you for sharing..I didn't realize MSM was so beneficial. I'll definitely try the oil. I'm not too sure about taking it orally.

  • @Inaesteeina You're welcome. Thank you for stopping by.

  • What are the side effects ?

  • @Squabbles10 some of the side effects include skin breakouts and headaches

  • I just started taking it. Wish me luck!

  • But, for those who can use it, do so, this is good information.

  • I hope you used all natural..MSM is a compound (sulfur) that the body needs. Its pure as drinking water. MSM helps with arthritis, joints ,collagen formation. My point is the body needs this& its natural. Maybe u should research the benefits of MSM. As I do agree we should do our own research. Yes. I agree with that statement. Blessings!

  • It was all natural and I'm posting a video response. I still got jacked up.

  • I was given, just broke out and swelled and it went on for weeks. I'm find now, but can never use sulfur. Funny thing, I got the info from YOUTUBE and began using it in my detangling spray. Well, I now do my own research and don't just jump on the band wagon when others recommend something to me. That can be VERY dangerous, so DO, DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH. AND LETS STOP ACTING LIKE EVERYONE ON YOUTUBE IS A HAIR EXPERT.

  • it is very important that you all make sure that you are NOT allergic to SULPHUR or sulfur laced medication or hair products. My mother used to use sulfur8 on my hair as a child. I've recently found out that the Bactrim and Bactriban - or any sulfur based medications, my children are allergic to. More recently I had a bladder infection and it was found that I had an allergic reaction to the sulfur in the meds

  • Thankyou so much for sharing this! I had never even known much about MSM until I read about it on some healthy hair blog. I had this oil that I used up because it made my hair feel really soft and silky. I would oil my scalp at night and the next day my hair would just feel wonderful. Also, everytime I went to get my hair recornrowed it was noticeably longer. After hearing about MSM, I looked at the ingredients in my hair oil and what was the 6th indredient...MSM! I believe MSM works!

  • MSM is the bomb when it comes to hair growth. I take a 1500mg capsule three times a day and it works wonders. Shedding is minimum, and my hair is so soft. It also is excellent for hair growth. I don't have side effects. Thank God I don't get the headaches or the breakouts that some get. Take it with a vitamin C capsule and it absorbs even better. Make sure to drink plenty of water with it.

Maybe it doesn't work for some, but it is def. one of my staple products. This person is not lying.

  • Does MSM stink like sulfur -8?

  • Not at all.

  • Sulfur also lightens skin, makes skin white!

Research sulfur as a skin bleacher.

Watch a video of a Chinese woman, that say, dark skin is dirty and that people should take sulfur to "fix" the problem.

Yes, its natural, but high intake of sulfur will ligthen the skin. Sulfur is good for the skin, not knocking it. Onions are high in sulfur as other foods. Use wisdom on this one.

  • My dog completely lost his hair one summer ...I bought a bag of sulfur and a jar of Vaseline mixed it and put it on him and his hair grew back better than before...he's a chow By the way

  • I am taking MSM and was looking to buy a sulfur based growth aide. Can you use them both at the same time? Thanks

  • Rapunzel is the cartoon you were thinking about

  • Thank you for the name sublime at the pharmacy. I was spending way more for my MSM.

  • i bought sublime sulfur yesterday but dont know what to do with it. how much do i put in a water bottle to put on hair. it didnt have instructions just warnings

  • will you have side effects if u put it in ur hair?

i mean, i dnt like any typeof medicine not even tylenol or aspirin so i wouldnt dare to eat it! lol!

  • Thanks so much for this information!

  • msm also helps with stretch marks, esp if you take internally and apply an msm lotion. i've been taking it for the past week or so and my stretch marks have faded a bit. i can only hope it gets better from here out. awesome stuff. make sure you take it with plenty of water or it will give you massive dehydration headaches. great vid btw!

  • Hi dear,

what does MSM mean and where can I get MSM from? any web that I can order the real thing from?

  • I'm sooo glad I came across this video. I've been doing my own research on MSM powder, and found out that it aids in vitamin and nutrient absorption, as well as hair growth, among other things...I've been natural of April 2006, and I loced my hair in Feb. 2009. My hair grows pretty fast when it's locked, but I believe MSM will further aid in growth. Once again, thank you Ms. naturalbornqueen for this very educational, and informative video.

    Much Peace, Justine

  • will this help if the hair is in the coming out phase, will it revert to the grow phase? You may have already answered this bcuz u said it shortens the shedding phase< but can u expound on that. Are the any recommended sites for more info?

  • How much MSM do you personally recommed taking?

  • opps lol just got a little further in the video!

I read that MSM powder helps with healing scars and MSM with vitamin C help produce collagen, do you know if it has helped anyone with scars?

  • Very happy to have found your channel,Thanks for explaining the process of how the hair grows. I've had NO side effects.

  • Thank you so much for stopping by. MSM is great!!!!

  • GREAT ADVICE GIRL! wELL DONE! AS I NEED ADVICE B4 I TAKE IT.

  • I heard of women having really bad dreams when using msm. I want to use msm/sulphur but I am scared of having my dreams worsened because the dreams I have are scary enough. Have you experienced that?

  • I've heard that it makes your dreams more vivid but I never experienced that.

  • You know what? I jsut noticed my Boundless Tresses. It has only three ingredients. Coconut oil, Oilve Oil and Sulfur! I can make this myself!! WHOO-HOO! So glad you did this video. I was wondering about this.

  • You can definitely try making your own. Let me know how it works out. Good luck ;-)

  • I've been using my mix for a week and three days. AND IT WORKS!!!! I think my mix works better. Just 1/2 cup extra virgin coconut oil - melted, 1/2 cup etra virgin olive oil and I lbs of MSN powder. Shake, let sit for a day and apply every day or every other day! Thanks for this video!

  • The facts are the facts :)... Basic Trichology, The papilla is what actually produces hair cells. A healthy papilla will become engorged with bood, from which it synthesizes proteins and formulates keratin, a protein comprised of a combination of carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, sulfur, and oxygen. Sulfur is indeed involved in the makeup of our hair. Knowledge is Power. Great Vlog, keep em coming.

  • Thank you, thank you, thank you! It means alot that someone with so much knowledge has come to my defense.

  • @NappyChronicles I totally agree. Some people are growing hair an inch per month with miconazole NITROGEN vaginal cream. Nitrogen is one of the ingredients you mentioned. So what you are say has got to have some truth in it! Keep the knowledge coming.

  • Please just block her! We are annoyed by her as well.

  • She has been doing this for months and I am fed up. I'm very sorry ladies and yes I did block her, so hopefully she will not come back. Thanks JNB!

  • I've been using sweet natures growth for about a month so far. I like it

  • I love her line and her customer service. Keep us posted on your progress!

  • i've been taking msm orally.. and i have had some growth but the side affects are getting to me.. i have about 60 capsules still.. can i use the powder in them to mix with my own oil? or do i have to guy the sublime sulphur?

  • You can definitely use the powder in them. How much were you taking orally? Maybe you need to lower the dose.

  • I think I use to take MSM to improve bone health. I still have the pills and may start taking it again. Awesome video!

  • Thank you JNB :-)

  • Great Video

  • Thank you Sis!

  • Is this just something for natural hair?

  • no i've seen people with relaxed hair use msm&sulphur too

  • I'm sorry if I was not clear, but Sulphur is in all of our bodies, so being relaxed or natural doesn't really matter.

  • It can be used by anyone male, female, relaxed or natural.

  • Thanks SOOO much for the shout out! I just love you; you are ALWAYS looking out for me!

  • great information. I didn't know MSM was a from of sulfur. thanks for posting

  • Thank you. The keratin protein which is needed for hair growth and other things is predominantly made of sulfur.

  • great i will be going to get some. I am trying to go natural with my hair and this was very helpful.

  • I've been using MSM in my home made hair product for about a year and a half. Before that I did take in orally. I rather the topical use. Check my video with my home made MSM veggie glycerin spritz.

    Very good info.

    Peace

  • Thank you for stopping by. I will definitely check out your video.

  • Great videos!!! VERY informative...

  • Thank you very much for the support.
