Cheap OTF's won't do this, only the high dollar ones will have enough force behind them to really dig in like that. I know, because I've done it, and the Microtechs, Protechs, Piranha's ect.. are the only ones that really throw the blade hard enough to dig in. I wouldn't even attempt doing it with a Halo. Those single action Microtechs fire the hardest I've seen so far.

this can be done with cheapos, problem is MT's not only have stronger springs, but more importantly the tip is extremely sharp...why do I think this test was based on a dare? lol...also I had to laugh at the tough guy comment, I dont even feel it or it doesnt even hurt, every person has a friedn that pulls that one when they are in pain not to look like a pussy, of course it hurts, lol, when I hear that I like to say lets do it again, I always get a "nah its ok you dont have to" in return, ha
