Sure. By looking at star alignments and star signs, previous civilizations has been able to determine with great accuracy when cataclysmic events on earth happen. The earth moves though space according to certain wavelengths/periods, and these coincide with when certain stars align. There are many different waves causing shifts in climate, geologic activity, meteorite strikes, pole shifts etc. Thats the general idea. All the planets in our solar system is allegedly heating up right now. Peace :)

@Maetel22 Big difference between astrology and looking at our positioning in relation to other stellar and interstellar objects. Since most of these objects have their own gravity and radiation etc. Its got nothing to do with the "sagittarius with its ascendant in pisces" stuff. Its basic physics. You should look in to it instead of condemning it. There is lots of research to back this up, if you`re interested google it. If not, your opinion is irrelevant. And you should learn some spelling.

@Maetel22 It is apparent that you read something completely different in to the 2012 predictions of the Mayans than what most experts do. The calendar simply indicate a major _change_ in the world. What this change is, nobody can say for certain before its actually there. I will not be drawn in to a discussion with you based on this video. Look in to it for yourself, read a bit instead of assuming things you clearly know little about. The sumerians were anything but primitive, so read up.
