Here's my guess: The frozen pitot tubes had something to do with this crash. Pitot tubes are used to measure airspeed. If they freeze due to freezing rain, then it IS still possible to get out alive. The 3 pitot tube freeze messages came at the console in about 3 seconds apart. Then came the flood of messages. If a plane has its pitot tubes frozen, you take a grip at the throttle. You maintain a safe airspeed there. The flood of messages was probably too much for the pilots and they bailed out.
When you said "prospects of finding survivors is very small" well isnt that abit obvious if it crashed in the sea on Monday and investorgaters went out on Tuesday i doubt that anyone could swim in the atlantic for a day ;S

Then the pilots finaly restart the engiens but they were so close to the ocean that they engulfed water and burned out (the air force pilot saw fire). Just a prediction.

However, I think it is VERY suspicious that a suggested bomb threat occurred on the same day.
Also, there were also 2 other jets that passed by the same area. They were most likely the 747, or an Airbus series plane. Those planes are made out of the EXACT same material as Flight 447 with VERY similar mechanics.
Every plane is scheduled to do a check-up at the airport. Keep that in mind.

1. on May 29th Air France recieved a bomb threat for Flight 415 from an unknown source via phone, they checked the plane and found nothing
2. the passenger list indicates that there were 5 Arabs from Lebanon on Flight 447. Just a coincidence? Or another islamic terror cell on a suicide mission?
3. the military saw fire in the debris field. This could indicate that the plane was brought down by an explosion. Thunderstorm or Bomb?!

If the on board Airbus computer thinks its going to fast ,when it is not a stall could be the result...In lets say a violent thunder storm...
That's why I go out of my way to make sure we are flying Boeing when possible...

1. trace the phone call made on May 27th and get the person in custody who made it.

BUT if it turns out in the end that Flight 447 was the vicitim of Arab terrorists crashing on purpose over the Atlantic ocean then don't tell me I haven't told you before. If I knew why I would have the most wanted information in the world right now! But I don't know why. Nobody knows. Could be another 911 or false flag operation. Let's hope they find the blackbox soon...
btw, I made a little typo. The bomb threat was received on May 27th, fours days prior the crash.
Now add 1 and 1 together: just four days before the actual crash of 447 someone makes a bomb threat for another machine (415) on the same airline. Very suspicious, isn't it.

It was a terrorist attack. Here are the facts:
1. on May 29th Air France recieved a bomb threat for Flight 415 from an unknown source via phone, they checked the plane and found nothing
2. the passenger list indicates that there were 5 Arabs from Lebanon on Flight 447. Just a coincidence? Or another islamic terror cell on a suicide mission?
3. the military saw fire in the debris field. This could indicate that the plane was brought down by an explosion. Thunderstorm or Bomb?!

I care more about the victims than you do. There were also Germans who died on that flight, Germans like me. And I find it interesting that only people like you who either have Arab friends or islamic roots react so aggressive to my posts and insult me.

I hate the way u have taken terrorism as ur main point in this situation and now thought about other possible outcomes. May I just say that the plane reported 2 electrical failures where the auto-pilot was disengaged and then reported a malfunction with 1 of the computers on board. It then reported depresurisation of the aircraft. I think that in this case a fire would be the main reason for the electronics and then total failure of the aircraft. U said a bomb which is highly unlikely

if it means that u were only kidding then it would make me wonder what ur thought is about this disaster to make me wonder why u were being sarcastic. I do my fare share of research, I look into other disasters that have had the same outcomes with the same triggers and I am actually studying to be an aeronautical engineer and with this disaster occuring, it means that I can research into what could of happened to show my evidence of research.

no...i just disagree with you on what took that plane down thats all. In my opinion I truly suspect foul play...even france says 2 known terrorists with the same names were on that flight.I also find it suspicious that a bomb threat was called in in argentina intended specifically for an air france flight a week before the incident. No hard feelings, we all have our views differently.
