I cried shamelessly when the movie ended. Why'd he have to die? The book says that after Trevor died, Ricky sobered up for good and continued his son's work, while Eugene and Arlene (who decide to help him) are married and have a baby daughter.

This was an awesome movie but I cried at this part--or at least felt like crying--This had to be a true story --so excuse me for being racist--but those dam beaners should have got their asses kicked!! If only Trevor knew some kind of martial arts then the story would have been different. If those guys are still out there--and i hope your in prison--you guys are fucking cowards--right to ya face!!
