the casio ex-f1 is hard to film with at 1200fps but you have put its strange thin recording at good use, prosuming you used the 1200 fps, great video, great music

I've had a go and I belive, this is how you do it. As 1200fps is 50 x normal speed (24fps), and assuming that we start from the second the video starts (3 seconds) to the point where the fountain pretty much stops (2'53"..ish), we then have 170 seconds. So if the video is 50 x faster than real life, the 170 / 50 = 3.4sec. Looking at actualy time video, this seems about right.
