Hey, I made a comment earlier in the month, and I had heard since then that "jailbreaking" is not the same as hacking to get other phone services.

My business phone is an iPhone.... and it has terrible reception in my office. I have a personal one that runs on sprint, and it have great service here. I am also told that sprint is the only one with similar "3G" services.

Am I totally not with it?

Hey, I got a question...

I just downloaded the "jfcontrol" remote program (iPhone app) onto my computer, and it's not exactly... giving me what I wanted.

I don't necessarilly need anything fancy. I really just want a remote for DVD player. That and possibly for iMovie as well (playing a clip and rewinding it and the like). But that seems a bit more complicated.

Any suggestions?

Yes that is because when you install a new firmware from apple everything gets wiped. Since apple does not support jailbreaking, they don't bother making it more convenient for jailbreakers.

This software sometimes does not work. As apple creates updates for the iPhone, the software people who work on QuickPwn have to consider them, if they don't then errors like this can occure. Basically there is nothing that I can do at this point.
