This is very good, however Hillary Clinton had planned this Obama trip 6 months ago in response to India's statements they were planning to develop ASATs. With regard to the warships - were did that information come from and which ones? I've found a few sources but none near what was reported here and in other media outlets. They were stationed there in October, and there is generally a US fleet stationed there.
