They show it on tv, just at like 3 am and now the Tornado is out of the Olympics until it is voted back in by the IOC. Today a new Tornado from Martstom Composites in Sweden is about 35,000 US. Plus you have to get it shipped here.

WOW---love the aggressive sailing! I can see that at one point they .punched the leeward hull into the water and almost pitch-poled.

Too bad they never show Olympic sailing on TV.

My dad used to sail a Tornado. Man this brings back memories! Not as dramatic as this of course, but that trapeze action was fun, fun, fun! Exhilarating is a good word to use!
