You started watching your videos about 4-5 months ago. Stop for about 2 months and then came back. GOD DAMN you gained some serious muscle. Me on other other hand I stop caring and gained about 20 pounds. Now I'm back pedaling. At any rate congratulations and GOD DAMN.
@CbulkU thanks for the constructive criticisms this is me roughly 20 pounds lighter after i dropped the fat and a chunk of water.. i do a lot of negatives actually i think i just have to tweak my diet thats a big thing i was always so strict never cheated once for a year... and that how long iv been lifting..i dont think im big also i think im well sized for the time im lifting plan on getting much bigger!
@livetolift1122 Hey! you've a clean muscular mass and you've being increasing and improving with workout, you're inspirational for so many people, and a muscular mass of junk food (as other people has) and of easy-fast bulk up don't worth for nothing. You're well sized, I didn't even plan in making this comment but we (me and other people) really appreciate you share the training and the results. Good luck!

very nice front double bi! hold back a bit on the crunching before your rear lat spread but looks awesome! very shredded, impressive upper body wouldnt hurt to focus on your leg mass next offseason but great job!

for a 16year old this body would be great ... for an 19year old guy this is not realy "special" you need to put on some size
try out some heavy weight negative sets in order to get "big"
i dont posted this to hate on you ... try it out it helped me to build up mass very fast
