yeah im 14 and i usually shoot pistols i shoot everything from a 9mm to a .44 magnum but today i shot a 12 gauge and a 16 gauge for the first time today i shot probably about 150 rounds and that was this morning around 9am its now 11pm and i have a red brown and purple lump on my sholder haahaha it hurts... btw I LOVE SHOTGUNS ! and im gonna start hunting next season i still need to get my hunters safety corse.

I got a bruised shoulder from not holding properly. The proper to hold the gun is to put the butt right on your testicles. The testes absorb the recoil better than a shoulder. The throat and mouth also works better.

obviously you do not put your finger on the trigger until you are ready to shoot, and when demonstrating anytihing firearm related, you make sure the gun is unloaded ! this guy should not be making videos ! do not take this losers advice !

my mums boyfriend has a double barrel 12 bore that he said he could teach me how to use. I'm already a gun nerd, i do airsoft i know how to hold a gun from air rifle competitions, but i havn't fired anything with a substantial kick, so thanks to this vid hopefully i wont get a massive bruise :)
