Gible is found in wayard cave's basement,which is below the cycling road.Right before you enter the cave go under the cycling road and keep pressing up at different spots until you go into a cave.Dont get your hopes up yet.You have to use strengthto get to the basment.Then keep looking for gible.(Gible is rare)I hope this helped
