Using TechArts's 3D game progam(which is now available as a galgame product entitled "3Dカスタム少女") and a bit of video streaming tricks. As for the BGM, it is canned inside program as default BGM. (Be warned: "3Dカスタム少女" is for adult only but it allows you to customize 3D anime girl characters as you like it, which is quite interesting.)
and you can have sex with her LOL i know custom girl 3d
