This is terrible. Their first album had some really good songs on it and I was looking forward to new material. It looks like they have sold out already, how pitiful. They go from up and coming metal band to a terrible emo band who makes music that doesn't even sound good. Just look at the lead singer, his picture tells you all you need to know...
They definatly sound more like screamo now ,of course the new scene kid threads and haircuts make them loss a lil more of my respect good luck boys hope u make more money with the teenybopper scene kids

The beginning of this song is just what most "metal" bands do today, draw some bars of music on paper and "fill in the dots" with palm mutes and upside down chords, its just like "this makes a pretty picture". They did not improve, they just took the easy route and this can guarantee there will be no 3rd album

they had to change their style cos Gabe's voice changed drastically. It's not high anymore. He was 14 back then. Also, it's up to them what they want to do.

Sellouts, they totally changed their sound because record sales weren't up to snuff for their first album. And whoever want to dispute that, the band members have said as much in interviews.

Black Tide was one of the few original bands in a world full of copy cats, and unfortunately here they are turning into a copy cat themselves... The other 2 songs sound like they stole them from BFMV left over pile off the shitty second album they made... This one sounds to much like the shitty "Hardcore" music craze going on which tells me that their new cd is going to be very trash worthy!
its not nearly their best song obviously, but i respect what theyre trying to do with it. and it really isnt that bad, it just doesnt have the excitement and power black tide usually has. the rest of the album will be better im sure
@MrDeamos it's not that I don't like their new style, I listen to that sort of music too. But as you can see in my reaction, I liked the old style more. I never said I can't accept their new style ;)
