this one time there was a small child on the ride behind me so when we were going up i screamed OMG HERE COMES THE DROP scared the shit out of her XD Hahahga
what I didnt like is the renaissance take a look at the politically correct ceiling of the Sistine Chapel, God is covered on his chest with a white shirt, and Im soory nothing about the nude sculpture buts THATS what they used to make back then
I went on this ride back on December 26, 2007 at Epcot. When I rode on this ride, my sister told me that there were computer paper and punched cards on the ride. I saw the computer section on this video but, I did NOT see any computer paper or punched cards. Someone told me its in a recent Spaceship Earth video and when I watched this video, I still did NOT see any computer paper or punched cards. Please show me where the computer paper and punched cards are on this video.
I still did NOT see the computer paper and punched cards on this video. I looked at the new "70s" computer room and I saw the computers but, there were still no computer paper or punched cards. Also, where on this video is the new "70s" computer room? I don't even know where the Steve Wozniak garage scene is. I just saw computers but, no computer paper or punched cards. Please tell me where it is on the video and what part is it on.
The "70s computer scene starts at 3:25 on the vid, and the Woz scene is at 3:44, but it is VERY dark, all you can see is the small screen lit up. As for the computer paper, I don't know, you'll have to ask your sister where she saw this. I just thought the "70s" scene was the most logical place.
From what I could see, the following changes: The Egyptian pounding the paper has a headress on, the bald guy fanning Egyptian royalty has a headress on, the characters in the Greek Play scene have changed (gone is the "Lone Ranger" greek dude with the mask), the female statue the sculptor is working on is now wearing a Victoria's Secret bra, the black woman is gone from the 1930's radio studio. What else has changed?
The entire naration changed, the cave paintings animate, several scenes have been enhanced and fixed up. The 70s computer room, the scene where the Apple computer was invented in a garrage, and the whole interactive ending.
What about the paperboy? Back in the Kronkite narration years, the little paperboy had a kids voice calling "Extra Extra New York Daily!" (got that on video lol). When the Jeremy Irons narration (which I preferred) started, the paperboy's voice went through puberty - his voice suddenly had the resonance of a 21 year old! ("Extra Extra Get your evening paper here!) Arggghhhh!! Now I hear the paperboy has been banished into a back alley! First the POTC Parrot, now the Paperboy ... wake up Disney!
they should have just left well enough alone and not mess with a good ride, nobody complained about it before, so why change it?

It is really hot inside that ride.
I was like dying, and then when the Romans come up when their city was burnt. It smells terrible. (:

Not liking the touch screen video part- seems a bit of a cop-out instead of putting animatronics in- maybe because it's cheaper???

These are most likely in the new "70s" computer room, right after the "Steve Wozniak" garage scene.
