Religion should not represent life. It should represent your boundries. Selling yourself to a religion is selling your soul for nothing. We believe God (a.k.a Heavenly Father), Jesus, and the Holy Ghost are three seprate beings. We do believe in the bible but we also have another book called "The Book of Mormon". Joseph Smith restored this church call The Church of Jesus Chirst of Latter-Day Saints aka Mormons make in the 1800's. You can go to lds.org and type in 'Basic Mormon beliefs'.

Think about religion...it's something someone else (a person) tells you about. God didn't write the Bible, Man did. i am an ex-mormon and i can definitely say mormons are one of the kindest people i've ever met. too bad i couldn't adhere to the rules. i have gone far astray now but if i had been virtuous i would've stuck with the church.

no... not all mormons are white.... I have many mormon friends who are black, mexican, samoan and tongan. as well as korean, japanese and chinese. The church is worldwide. Being worldwide.... it has to consist of people all over the world... making it statistically impossible for EVERY member to be white. I have a friend whose boyfriend is serving a mission in Kenya... and his fellow missionaries are black Kenyans. And from what I hear... they are really good friends with her white bf.

You have unneccessary rules that you "think" your god wants you to follow. That is not what god is. He doesn't want his creations following his rules, he wanted us to create our own. If you knew something that was amazing and changed your life for the better you would share it with others. Its basically a "Come and Try and See if you want to Join" type thing. And tons of people do change their religion due to this and are forever grateful that they did. Don't judge something you know nothing about. And if you don't like it.......fine.

We believe God (a.k.a Heavenly Father), Jesus, and the Holy Ghost are three seprate beings. We do believe in the bible but we also have another book called "The Book of Mormon". Joseph Smith restored this church call The Church of Jesus Chirst of Latter-Day Saints aka Mormons make in the 1800's. You can go to lds.org and type in 'Basic Mormon beliefs'.

Think about religion...it's something someone else (a person) tells you about. God didn't write the Bible, Man did. The reality is that we don't even know what God is, but I'm willing to bet that God is nothing at all like Man...so the question "Does God lie?" can only produce from me one question: "What is God?"

i am an ex-mormon and i can definitely say mormons are one of the kindest people i've ever met. too bad i couldn't adhere to the rules. i have gone far astray now but if i had been virtuous i would've stuck with the church.

My old Ward had dozens upon dozens of people from the Marshall Islands in it. The last thing that Mormons are is rascist or "all white".

no... not all mormons are white.... I have many mormon friends who are black, mexican, samoan and tongan. as well as korean, japanese and chinese. The church is worldwide. Being worldwide.... it has to consist of people all over the world... making it statistically impossible for EVERY member to be white. I have a friend whose boyfriend is serving a mission in Kenya... and his fellow missionaries are black Kenyans. And from what I hear... they are really good friends with her white bf.

All I kno is that I love my Heavenly Father and he loves me thats all that really matters! It's not worth arguing about! We know the truth by the Holy Ghost and we cannot deny it. That's the only reason it hurts when we hear someone deny the truth! Instead of being focused on trying to think of arguments we should just live our lives as best as we can, so then when we are standing in the presence of our God we can look him in the eyes without any shame!
