If she were a better actress-she wouldn't have to worry about typecasting. Molly Ringwald on the other hand-acts, sings and dances (well) AND has worked consistently since the 80's in television, film and theatre. She even had a successful career in France. Definitely didn't get pigeonholed. She said she deliberately passed up projects like Dawson's Creek in exchange for what, Blue Crush? Yeah, excellent choice.

@Mahe34 get the fuck outta here, ringwald has the breakfast club and pretty in pink THAT'S IT, honestly nothing else, kate bosworth is actually an attractive , great actress.
