If you don't want the rocket dock,you can just right-click over the rocketdock,and select hide or disable,or edit the options in the Inspirat 2 config..

No. As I say, this is a theme. It will just apply a Vista-like theme to your XP. And you can use your XP which looks like Vista but actually not working as Vista. The appearance will change to Vista style.

Absolutely no. Trust me, this installation to your computer will not slow down your computer. And to make your computer faster, you need cleaning utility programs. An example I can give is CCleaner. But if you want total speed to your computer, get your drivers updated at a computer shop.
