parklan hospital is the wors hospital ever ..they make you stay in the waiting room for more then 12 ahour and thats emergency after 12 ahours.... USA have the worse helth service ever BAYLOR is BETTLER
this place is a shit hole if u r extremely sick u will end up dead it is full of second class citizen staff are rude i recommend goin to methodist baylor or other nice places
We produced the animation, the software used was a variety of Autodesk products, Some of the base model came from Revit, some from sketchup. It was imported and cleaned up in 3D Studio Max and rendered in Vray. Alll compositing was done in Autodesk Composite which now ships with 3D Studio Max and Maya. Thanks for the complement. @MrJohnHiggs Thanks for the info, also your video was very helpful in order to design my own hospital, you can watch my video typing in Youtube search: SHELTER hospital
The model looks like the hospital will not be much bigger than what it is now - spending over a billion dollars - that should get a much bigger facility. Also, what about the Outpatient clinics?
Lastly, I am not trying to be rude or anything, I have been a happy 'case study' subject for over 5 years now in the outpatient clinics for a medical condition, and the model people in the video do NOT represent the people I see weekly at Parkland Hospital and outpatient clinics - they look more like people I see at Baylor or Presbyterian Hospital.

i work at parkland and it is going to be way bigger than the old one. The new one will likely stay open. Hopefully.

I believe it's going to be donated to SMU to use.

At this time, Parkland is currently evaluating a number of options for the existing building and site, but no decisions have yet been made.
