Not bad man. On the handwrapping subject you need to protect your knuckles as well as your wrists. I always do 10-12 rounds heavy bag every gym session and my knuckles get quite sore.
actually no - alot of people tell me that is stupid and always to wrap my hands, but I don't see the added protection. the only thing i secure well is my wrists, because that is something that can get injured very easily by punching. other than that, as long as you turn over your punches completely and keep your elbow slightly bent at the time of impact, you shouldnt get hurt.
nah, he's a cool dude, can't remember who he was talking to, but he fought shawn porter, who gives manny pacquiao good work - his name's tommy. and the mexican double end bag i think is a title brand, but it was really old.
I would get a standard DEB and just get really good at that b/c it would be easier to jump from hitting that kind of bag to hitting a mexican type bag. it's usually faster and so it's easier to transition to the slower, but more unpredictable mexican double bag.
gonna get knocked out if you dont train in keeping those hands up all the time. just because its a bag and dont hit back doesnt mean only practice on offense always train like a fight.
