  • lying by mormon haters.... get thee behind me satan!

  • @TheSteeletube As evil grows in this world there are too many people who hate Mormon Christians.

  • In this dispensation, the Lds Prophet (President, who claimed he wont lead members astray) is spending three BILLION dollars of Gods money on a shopping mall instead of helping the hungry poverty stricken families that have been thrown to the wolves by this wicked society. Jesus said " Give all that you have or ye are not my disciple" Mr Monson has chosen business(world) not Jesus!

  • @TheSoulamore Didn't Judas complain about money not being given to the poor when it was used to beautify something instead? I suspect your motives are the same as Judas'.

Local church members provide support after flood in Minot

  • "In addition to small, personal acts of service, Mormons give large, organized assistance to areas in need," according to the church's website. "The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has donated more than $1 billion in cash and material assistance to 167 different countries in need of humanitarian aid since it started keeping track in 1985."

  • Thousands of volunteers across the country and perhaps around the world are helping preserve Jackson County's historic documents.

After signing a contract with the county in January, FamilySearch, a nonprofit organization funded by the LDS church, began scanning every county marriage record between the years 1855-1950. They finished at the end of June.

  • @omiolo I like Family Search.

  • The letter reminds editors and publishers that the LDS Church has obtained legal registration, trade and service marks for the term "Mormon," among other terms, and asks journalists to refrain from calling the FLDS polygamous group "fundamentalist Mormons."

  • @BornAgainstMormons how old are you?

  • @dvsone213 Old enough to know you are wrong.

  • Before then, the Sea Eagles hope to have a long-term commitment from the 19-year-old sensation - although Hopoate has said he cannot guarantee that he will return to the game after completing his mission.

  • @omiolo What game?

  • MANLY officials are unconcerned about Will Hopoate spending two years out of the game, and hope to re-sign him for the 2014 season before he leaves on his Mormon mission at the end of the year.

Hopoate is expected to learn in the next month where he will be posted, and has made himself available to leave any day after the NRL grand final on October 2.

  • you involved in some thing that is not Christian and not Divinely Inspired by God.

  • @jayhawk88z I don't attack Mormon Christians.

  • Mormon are not Christians

  • @jayhawk88z Mormon Christians are some of the best Christians in the world.

  • Elder Self, a missionary with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, came with two other missionaries to offer assistance.

"It always feels great to give service, and seeing a bunch of people get together to help out is just a great feeling of fellowship," Self said.

  • @omiolo It is always great to give service.

  • Volunteers helped pack 560 boxes with food items like rice, spaghetti, canned goods, fruit and juice. These packages will be distributed to families in need through a new program called Summer Kids.

The program aims to help families with children who qualify for free or reduced-price lunches at school to get nutritious food throughout the summer months.

  • @omiolo Makes me hungry. Hopefully those with less were able to use the food.

  • MORMONS ARE NOT CHRISTIANS. CHANGE THE TITLE.

  • @dvsone213 Mormon Christians are some of the best Christians in the world.

  • @BornAgainstMormons OH YEAH...IT SHOWS THROUGH YOUR PRIDE, ARROGANCE, AND INCREDIBLE ABILITY TO FOLLOW FALSE TEACHINGS THAT COUNTER THE WORD OF GOD. YOU'RE THE BEST AT THAT.

  • You are dummy Shawn does more for people will ever have hypocrite

  • @bobbyraejohnson No and No.

  • I can see you'Re more interested in how many views you get than speaking the truth.

  • @dvsone213 Annotation does not directly translate to truth. That should be obvious.

  • @BornAgainstMormons whats obvious is that you follow false teachings and refuse to hear the truth.secondly if you read annotations from j.s. you would consider it truth rather than accepting the true word of christ....THE BIBLE.

  • @dvsone213 I will not follow your false teachings. Which includes your false interpretations of the Holy Bible. Any of them.

  • @BornAgainstMormons WHAT AM I TEACHING? IM JUST TELLING YOU WHAT THE WORD SAYS ON YOUR PHONY RELIGION.FALSE INTERPRETATIONS? PLEASE, THE BIBLE SPEAKS CLEARLY. THATS LIKE SAYING THE BIBLE COMMANDS NOT TO PUT ANYONE BEFORE GOD,COMMIT MURDER, ADULTER, COVET, ADD TO SCRIPTURE....HMMMM WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?IF YOU DONT UNDERSTAND THESE SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS THEN YOU HAVE BIGGER ISSUES. I DONT KNOW WHAT BIBLE YOU'RE READING,CUZ I UNDERSTAND MINE CLEARLY. OH THATS RIGHT YOU READ THE b.o.m.SORRY ABOUT THAT.

  • @dvsone213 Your comment is very hard to understand and follow.

  • @BornAgainstMormons IF ONLY J.S. OR YOUR PROPHETS WERE AROUND TO INTERPRET IT FOR YOU.SINCE SIMPLE EXPLANATIONS ARE SO DIFFICULT FOR YOU.I HAVE A QUESTION FOR YOU GALATIANS 1:6-8 SAYS IF WE OR AN ANGEL IN HEAVEN WERE TO PREACH TO YOU A GOSPEL CONTRARY TO THE ONE GIVEN TO YOU (THE HOLY BIBLE)LET HIM BE ACCURSED.WHAT DOES THAT SAY OR MEAN TO YOU? SERIOUSLY THOUGH.

  • @dvsone213 I will probably need a Urim and Thummin and even a breastplate to understand your posts.

  • @BornAgainstMormons REALLY? YOU CANT UNDERSTAND MY QUESTION? OR ARE YOU JUST DANCING AROUND IT TO AVOID THE HARD FACTS.?AS ALL MORMONS DO... MORMONS CAN NEVER ANSWER A QUESTION DIRECTLY BECAUSE YOU KNOW IN YOUR HEARTS THAT WHAT YOU ARE PREACHING IS AGAINST THE WORD OF GOD. AS FOR WHAT YOU SAID IN YOUR LAST RESPONSE I THINK YOU'RE GOING TO NEED A NEW BRAIN THAT CAN PROCESS SIMPLE QUESTIONS AND ANSWER TRUTHFULLY.

  • @dvsone213 Can't understand it. Do you know why?

  • @BornAgainstMormons I FORGET THE ONLY FALSE TEACHINGS AND FALSE INTERPRETATIONS YOU'LL FOLLOW ARE J.S'. AND THE LDS'.

  • @dvsone213 The Prophet of God, Joseph Smith Jr. his revelations are all true. I think that is why you fight against them.

  • @BornAgainstMormons right, like the one about the new jerusalem being in the u.s.a? that prediction didn't come true.

  • @pressbox1492 Read it again. The actual revelation.

  • @BornAgainstMormons i did, and it didn't happend. What about polygamy? Why is it still in d and c 132?

  • @pressbox1492 Same reason Law of Moses is still in the Bible.

  • @BornAgainstMormons what is that reason according to you? if you dont mind me asking.

  • @dvsone213 You sidestep like Vincent McCann.

  • @BornAgainstMormons ...unfortunately, his translation of the papyri he used to "translate: into "the book of abraham" have proven to be actually a rather common funerary amulet termed a hypocephalus, so-called because it was placed under (hypo) a mummy’s head (cephalus). Bit of a fail in the magical translation department......

  • @pierre777able You don't know what you are commenting about.

  • @BornAgainstMormons .....by all means show me where I am incorrect in my assertion regarding the papyri.

BTW, your interesting little side note in your profile assumes everyone who is anti the LDS religion calling itself Christian, is formerly a mormon...and you would be incorrect in your assumption...

  • @pierre777able How many times do you need to have it repeated?

  • @BornAgainstMormons ...well, repeating the phrase you are responding to would help..... This is my main problem with Mormons here - I don't doubt their sincereity, I just hate their blind ingorance in the face of the truth.

  • @pierre777able There is a word limit.

  • @BornAgainstMormons , RIGHT,RIGHT AND PIXIE DUST COMES FROM FAIRY'S......OK

  • @dvsone213 Strange comment.

  • @BornAgainstMormons according to the bible, which you claim to follow, a prophet is not a prophet if so much as one of his predictions fail....j.s. has been wrong in his prophecies plenty of times. therefor he is NOT a prophet and even less a prophet of GOD.

  • @dvsone213 Al of the Prophet Joseph Smiths prophecies are listed in our sacred scriptures. Feel free to look in their and give specifics.

  • Toward the end of his Gospel, the Beloved apostle John explains why

he wrote: "That ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son

of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name."

(John 20:31.) The four Gospels--Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John--all

bear witness to the divine mission of the Savior. Thus, the key to

eternal life is found in reading these sacred records, learning of

the life and teachings of the Master, and incorporating those

    teachings into our lives.

  • @omiolo Mormon Christians want all to believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God.

  • @TheChristiankat About what this time?

  • 17858 Views

  • i just have one thing to say, if being pro-truth is being anti-mormon, then how can mormonsim be the true church? jesus christ is the way, and you cannot and never will become a god of any kind shape or form. period, any christian would agree that there is only one god, and not that the god of the bible is just one of many gods, and he had to work as a man in another world to get to god status, that is an out and out lie.

  • @IWantToKnowChrist When you are ready to start being pro-truth let me know. Otherwise, continue as you are.

  • @BornAgainstMormons i'm sorry brother, but you're full of delusion if you want to become a god in the first place.jesus christ is king of kings and lord of lords. there is no other god besides him, the god of abraham isaac and jacob. if you search the scripture you'll find someone in their who said that we will become gods, who said he'd be like god and raise himself up, and that was satan. the greatest filthy fool to ever exist, and your hand in hand with what he wanted, it's blasphemy!

  • @IWantToKnowChrist I don't think you know the gospel of Jesus Christ and/or the Holy Scriptures. Maybe start there.

  • @BornAgainstMormons i think you replied to the wrong person? i'm a born again christian

  • @IWantToKnowChrist I think you mean born against.

  • @BornAgainstMormons well thats alright my friend, when we both die and stand before god, you can tell him all the great works you did, how you went to the church, how you were sealed to your wife, and taught your children mormon morals, how you loved your church, and how you felt the burning in your chest and trusted joseph smith's vision, how you worked in your missions, how you preached your gospel. how you believed in the preexistence, and i'll tell him, "lord, I had faith in you" ..we'll see

  • @IWantToKnowChrist The Mormon Christian God doesn't need to be told things. He already knows them. Mormon Christians believe that God will judge us according to our works. What will your god judge you on?

  • @BornAgainstMormons i will be judged according to my faith in jesus christ and rewarded openly but in the bible the only people who are judged by works are the wicked "For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; WHO'S END SHALL BE ACCORDING TO THEIR WORKS"2Cor11:13-15

  • @IWantToKnowChrist If you are to be judged according to your faith, then you are not a believer in the Bible, because know where does it say that we are to be judged according to our faith. That is a false doctrine that has grown in your heart because you are born against.

  • @BornAgainstMormons look sir, i just showed you how in your own words you've condemned yourself, now you turn it around on me, lets look at what you said "God will judge us according to our works" every time i see god judging according to works in the bible, it's judgement unto the second death not to get into heaven. the bible says we are saved by faith, not works, anyone that wants to get into heaven by their works is asking god to judge them accordingly, i want christs righteousness, not mine

  • @IWantToKnowChrist First of all no, and second of all, do you even know what the second death is?

  • @BornAgainstMormons what is the gospel my friend? you tell me, and i'll let you know if thats what i believe or not. and what the bible says

  • @BornAgainstMormons I HOPE THE LORD FORGIVES ME FOR THIS ONE BUT....." YOU'RE AN IDIOT!!" ...SORRY BROTHERS, BUT SOMEBODY HAD TO SAY IT.

  • @dvsone213 Someone had to be wrong and condescending? And that was you?

  • @dvsone213 condescending, yes... wrong, absolutely not. do you ever go back and read your responses? how much thought do you put into what you write? you so blindly follow the teachings of a heretic and blasphemer and completely disregard what the word says to us. do you really believe j.s.or b.y. or any of your other heretic bishops and elders will save you in the day of judgment?none will come to the FATHER except through the SON. not j.s not b.y. not monson and not your works. only JESUS!

  • @dvsone213 The problem arises because all your indolent accusations have been dealt with and proven incorrect multiple times and answering the same nonsense over and over again is not beneficial to anyone involved.

  • "I'll never forget this one woman,'' said Stephen B. Allen, managing director of the church's missionary program. When participants were asked how they would feel about doing community service with Mormons, "She said'' -- Allen adopted a stage whisper -- "if you are serving alongside them, you can ask them the questions you always wanted to ask.''

The result of the research was the "I'm a Mormon'' ad campaign, a major rebranding effor

  • @omiolo The lives of Mormon Christians are a testament to the goodness of God.

  • Show the entire episode. Not just what you want people to hear! It would be like me quoting bringem young as saying " negroes may obtain celestial glory!" Without adding the rest of the quote "where they will be servants!"

  • @TheChristiankat No, that is not remotely true on your part.

  • its funny how you chopped this recording to a 10 second clip in attempts to make pastor shawn look like a hateful man....what you should do is watch the whole episode and hear the whole conversation and see that what hes saying is true... as far as flim flam men......does the name joseph smith come to mind? hello!? find out the truth on who he really was....and christians are not anti mormon we are anti anything that is not of GOD! false doctrine is not iof GOD!

  • @dvsone213 I don't have to make Pastor McCraney look like a hateful, spiteful, or any other type of person. He does that himself.

  • Shawn will never allow a real discussion, for example he says there are not any metal plates on record anywhare, Not true, The Golden Plates of King Darius Two gold plates and two silver plates, Audience Hall in ancient Persian capital Persepolis. In the Persian Museum of Antiquities in Tehran, these metal plates ingraven in cuneiform scrip at about 522-486 BC fairlds.com

The Plates of Persepoli are 4 engraven plates sealed in stone boxes that date to the time period of the Book of Mormon.

  • @scottwins2 No Pastor McCraney will never allow a real discussion. His own fear of God and insecurities will not allow him to do so.

  • John Tyler. Myself and hundreds of the elders around me have seen it (Christianity) pomp, parade and glory; sounding brass and a tinkling brass it is as corrupt as hell, and the devil could not invent a better engine to spread his work that the Christianity of the nineteenth century’ Journal of discourses vol 6 p. 167. WHAT'S SO GOOD ABOUT THIS? OR WHAT THIS MAN SAID? WHO WANTS PRIDE? HERE'S IT IS. HEALTHY? DEVOTED? IS THIS GOSPEL? N MANY OF U R TALKING ABOUT SHAWN? LOL

  • @Chinaculiacan I think you mean John Taylor and yes, Mormon Christians were disappointed by the wars of Christianity (among other things). Forcing religion upon others by the sword is the designs of hell, not of God. Mormon Christians would never force religion on others by the sword.

  • @MsMambomama Shawn is a flim flam man.

  • @Speedskate2014 Sad to see one damned embracing another damned.

  • @Ingle92protege We both know there is no discussing things with the angry and dishonest.

  • Mormons are both want to be Jewish and Christian. They have a bunch of laws that cant be followed and belive in a made up Christ. The Word of God says no man shall look upon the face of God and live. So how is it that Joe smith did?

  • @greeneyesangel69 Mormon Christians accept all the words of God, in both the New and Old Testaments. This confuses many especially anti- Mormon Trinitarians who mainly forsake the Old Testament and large portions of the New Testament, especially the Book of James, Titus, Jude, Peter and Revelations. Mormon Christians could never do that.

  • @greeneyesangel69 I am a new convert to the church... It is my testimony that has set me free. Prov2 Knowledge and understanding needs to be sought after as hidden treasure... The testimony or knowledge of Christ is the spirit of prophecy... and it is given from above. You do not give it to yourself or receive it any other way... I went from believing Jesus Christ to knowing him through the power and gift of the Holy Ghost... no bad tree can produce good fruit... I know he lives:)

  • @knowledge999999999 Great testimony.

  • This is another way that morons, oopps i mean mormons try to discredit people who ARE christian..if it were me with a sword, I would cut the head of the snake(Mormonism) off and then stomp on the remains and cast it into the fire.

  • @JSeely218 I see you must resort to name calling.

  • @JSeely218 Others have rejected Christ in the past... they even went so far as to hang him on a cross. He was still the Son of God.... He prayed for them because thats how forgiving he is:) Forgive them father for they know not what they do. In other words they lack knowledge... It is the knowledge of the truth that will set the world free. If I held an apple behind my back would your unbelief make it go away? It would not... Nothing is going to change the truth... Prov2 Eph5:23

  • @knowledge999999999 Always the Son of God.

Born again mormon - "Heart of the matter"

    testskriftene's Channel

  • @rickgigliotti I am sure Michael Quinn is proud of his videos.

  • Wow, you can tell everything you need to know about someone from an 11 second clip. (sarcasm)

I think Shawn just puts out plainly what LDS members try to hide. I've spoken with several Mormon missionaries, and if you dig deep enough and ask the right questions, they will admit the things that Shawn points out. Mormons are very deceptive in their presentations. They skirt around direct questions and then resort to "I just know that Joseph Smith was a true prophet".

  • @TXmusicrox Nope, and why would you say something like that?

  • @BornAgainstMormons Because every time you ask a Mormon a question that they can't answer, they just resort to talking about their testimony and they "just know" that what they believe is true. They can't give logical or rational reasoning for their beliefs once you get to a certain point with them. The argument of "just knowing" what they believe is true is like me using the same argument that there is a purple marshmallow breathing dragon living under my couch.

  • @TXmusicrox That isn't the case and you are confusing things.

  • @BornAgainstMormons I'm not confusing anything. It's all plain as day. If Mormons want to believe what they do, that's fine with me. I just have a big problem when they try to pass themselves off as Christians. Believe what you want, but don't call yourselves Christians when you're not. Also, don't post an 11 second clip that is out of context to try to bash someone. Who was Shawn talking about? What was the context? Nobody knows because you didn't provide the full clip. Why not?

  • @TXmusicrox No passing going on. Mormons are some of the best Christians in fact.

  • @TXmusicrox Have you even seen National Geographic on early Christianity??

The Encyclopedia of Religion And Ethics records:" At first the Christian Faith was not Trinitarian. . . It was not so in the apostolic and sub-apostolic ages, as reflected in the New Testament and other early Christian writings."

  • @TheSkepticChristian Do you believe everything you hear on tv? I get my beliefs from the Bible, not from Nat Geo. There are examples of the Trinity all throughout the Bible, from the Old Testament to the New Testament. Read Romans 8. Paul lays out the Trinity plainly in that chapter.

  • @TheSkepticChristian Look at Genesis 1:26 Then God said, "Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; and let them rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the [fn]sky and over the cattle and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth." Who is the "Us" in this verse? Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Also, in the NT it clearly states that ALL of creation was through Jesus. This means Jesus was before creation.

  • @TXmusicrox

The Encyclopedia of Religion also says: "Theologians today are in agreement that the Hebrew Bible does not contain a doctrine of the Trinity."

"Give us" does not say anything about Three persons in one.

Does not mention God in three persons.

  • @TheSkepticChristian #1, what theologians have they spoke to? #2, do you also believe everything you read? Why are you looking for information about the Bible from a source other than the Bible? Start there. If you have trouble, get a good commentary like the Bible Knowledge Commentary. Don't let others think for you and tell you what to believe. God gave you a brain for a reason. I understand wanting to gather as much info as possible, but do it fairly.

  • @TheSkepticChristian Since Jesus was not created, and the Bible clearly states that God created the universe, it only leaves us with one logical conclusion: Jesus is God. The cloud and fire that led Moses was God, yet Jesus clearly states that no one has seen the Father. So what was the cloud and the fire? It was the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is God. Trinity.

  • @TheSkepticChristian I think you need to read my posts from the bottom up for them to be in order. Thanks.

  • @TXmusicrox and I think that you need to understand this

"Every sect is a certificate that God has not plainly revealed his will to man. To each reader the Bible conveys a different meaning." -- Robert Green Ingersoll

  • @TheSkepticChristian I understand what you're saying. That doesn't mean the Bible means different things. Most of the "sects" do not vary on the major principles of the Bible. Where they disagree is often on inconsequential matters, and a lot of the time it is something as trivial as to how the Church is supposed to be governed. You can have two different "sects" that believe exactly the same thing, yet have a different leadership structure.

  • @TXmusicrox Which Grace is Biblical??? Actual grace, a Catholic theological concept Irresistible grace, a Calvinistic Christian theological concept Prevenient grace, a Methodist Christian theological concept Sola gratia - "grace alone" ?? Trinity Unitarianism Binitarianism Modalism Sabellianism
  • @TheSkepticChristian I believe in irresistible grace. "Grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone." That is what being a Christian is all about. You don't have to have all of your theology worked out to receive grace. That's why it's called grace. At the moment you put your faith in Christ, and only in Christ, you are His. You can work out the details later. This could go on forever between us. I am more than happy to have a dialogue with you, but not sure this is the correct venue.
