Brian Bushwood is completely ignorant when it comes to the science of Sasquatch/Bigfoot. There are 40,000 reported/investigated sightings at least a dozen examples of hair, scores of fecal samples and over 300 pictures of Sasquatch along with 50 documented videos in addition to the Patterson Gimlin film.

That's a valid criticism. Ad hominem attacks alone do nothing to further the debate.

The point I was trying to make was that there's nothing particularly special about the footage that couldn't be faked, so we have to evaulate the possibility of a fraud or hoax. In that case, it's an important piece of evidence if someone has a past history of repeatedly cheating or defrauding others.

I have to say, I don't trust TV as a source for any sort of actual evidence. TV has been known to sensationalize things and fabricate some portions of things in order to make them seem more impressive. I was hoping you would point to a press release for the actual test.

It seems to me that Brian Bushwood hasn't actually examined any of the evidence himself.

Suffice to say that as time marches on, more and more scientists are coming forward to actually support the notion of the existence of the Sasquatch.

Even people such as Dr. Jane Goodall have stated: "Well now, you'll be amazed when I tell you that I'm sure that they exist."

Granted, there have been a great many hoaxes, but there have been many more experiences that are legitimate.

It has been studied and examined for 40 plus years by scientists and film experts and not once has it been proven fake or have they been able to duplicate it with any success at all. Recently,independent tests found that under digital images,the movement of the mouth and jaw muscles. So if Patterson was the simple man and all that this moron suggests..no way could that have been faked 40 years ago.

Written reports exist as far back as 1812 and continue today. Ray Wallace was one man - have been thirty thousand in last 100yrs. Wooden feet cannot account for variations in toe position and foot morphology seen in hundreds of casts.
