This is not fake. It happens when you insert a disc with a BLANK first sector on a MODDED (modchip) PS1. It hangs after showing the odd boot up screen. That happens because the PS 3D logo is written on the disc along with the text "Licensed By Sony computer Entertainment Inc" (or either America or Europe. What text appears depends on the *DISC* region) and the licence data being missing causes the odd effect on the boot.

I say it was fake, simply because the video and audio for just the game is stopped for the first bit in the video.

Bad emulation is usually the cause of this, so it's most likely not faked, as some here claim. However, you probably won't ever see this on a real console unless you do some bios re-flashing.

@Wkterr i actually saw this on the real hardware when i burned a faulty iso of GTA 1, i was scared to death thought, because i was like 12 years old or something, "OMG! MY PS1 BROKE!!!!" i'm glad it was just the cd =P

and in the first few secconds of my mag beta gameplay i have a windows vista cursor... does that mean its fake??? no. i record my consoles via a dvd recorder then screen cap them on my computer and sometimes my cursor gets in the way

@jedixo i know its real it happens on my chipped playstation 1 from 1995. when you put a dead copy in the drive. and sometimes, half of the orange diamond pops up on the black screen to scare the shit out of you with the eiree music lol

This is not fake. If the cursor just flashes, it doesn't mean it's fake. So if you think it is fake, GFY. The cursor flashed because he used emulator and a screen recording application. And this is not a hack, that may happen in some discs and emulators in right combination.

That's not fake 'cause this happaned to me too on PSX Emulator... I inserted PC Disk and selected "Insert CD Drive" and this came out :P If you do that on real PS1 there comes out a Blue Screen of Death. If You insert GameCube game to computer and select Insert CD Drive there comes same thing as this with color glitch ;P and that is creepy... but anyway 5* for this awesome glitch ;D
