i can answer one of your questions.

i would have thought they run off the normal battery.

there will be an inverted which the lights are plugged into and the inverted will run in parallel to the ESC / battery connection.

would be good to know what motor ESC they are using?

also what inverted and light kit?

Wow they look awesome!

Couldn't watch nearly 10mins though but i saw how cool they were in couple of mins!

What lights are they? And do they run of your normal flight battery or have an extra battery for the lights?
