I can't get this to post, or I have posted it more than once. If so forgive me. Hey! After watching you and Sawlon I have ordered a uke (12 fret only model) I play blues, jazz and old R&R guitar - see my sleepwalk video to see who I am. I am really impressed with the sound you pros are getting off this little fellow. So thank you for making it seem very inviting to get into the world of small instruments with great musical promise. Keep posting, I'll certainly keep watching. Raggy

Hey Mark. Thanks. This is very helpful and fun. I admire your playing. Keep some standards videos coming for folks like me. What kind of uke is that one?
@markocchionero Fun. Mike DaSilva is the bomb! Love the modifications... check out the uke being made for me on my facebook page. MP Ukulele in California.
@jimkanuk Jim - I am sorry for the broken link. i am in the throws of rearranging my website and simplifying. the other thing is that there has been a lot of traffic on my site which as exceeded my bandwidth for the month and I am too cheap to pay for the additional. e-mail me and i will send you the pdf....
Thanks for this great lesson, it takes me much close to this song! Unfortunately, the second part is not as clear as the first part probably due to time limits. I would be glad to learn more about the fast chord changes in the second part although I would take my own. Very inspirative! Great work!
You are obviously very passionate about your music which is quite an inspiration. Your obviously strong effort to help others learn and understand is also very enjoyable. Topping these qualities off with your straightforward and down to earth mannerisms makes this video worth each of the 5/5 stars :) Great work!
i do not have a band. i do not tour unless my business takes me there (i am a research scientist and technical salesman for my company). If you can find a company in New Zealand that wants my materials for electronics thermal management i would gladly make the effort. Until then please my lessons and workshops on line. Keep playing and thanks. marko
Thank so much for this great little lesson for us begininers. Couldn't follow all of it but the few chords tthat you laid out will be good to try in progression.
yes, I had to, I play to aggressive and was digging into the wood. the guard is a tortoise shell guitar pick guard that I cut and fashioned to cover the damage.
Mark - This is great. I'm having a lot of fun with this. This was my favorite and was hoping you'd tab out. The lesson is bonus. Keep them coming... -John
I've been playing ukulele for 2 years, and this is one of the best lessons on finger picking and chord soloing that's I've seen. Thanks for the great video!
That is a faux tortoise pick guard. this is my favorite instrument and i was wearing a hole in it. i bought a 0.3 mm thick guitar pick guard and fashioned these guards.
your chord chart is so huge !!! i love that !thank you so much .

I'm a beginner Bassist and I was looking around some Autumn Leaves progressions that people have been posting on Youtube for some Musical refreshment.
What you just did there made my day sir :) ..I felt I could stand outside my girlfriend's window and serenade this to her. That was beautiful tnx :)
