here's another tip (also to get the "every planet has it's price" star easier than it is)

go to the tip screen thing at the end of the first section, watch the thing, and every single coin you've collected is back where it was, PLUS you get to keep the coins you collected!

Another possibility would be going through the whole entire level, as Fluffy Bluff does have quite a few more coins to offer. However, I don't know if that's faster and harder or quicker and harder. Hopefully the latter. XD

the TV will reset everythng after the video so you dont have to get a star for 1 try then going back and doing it all over again. remember, after the TV video you can do it again instantly!

Basically, the quickest way to get 9,999 coins is to collect all the possible coins and go to the Tip TV, then the coins and star bits will reappear and the enemies will resurrect again!

The coins you collected before going to the TV don't disappear, but the coins are back! Easy to get impatient, but the quicker, the better.
