i was waiting all night for the snow and when it came i played in it until it melted. I was so excited

i was born and raised in port arthur, im 38 yrs old. i can remember it snowed on easter

I live in Port Arthur as well and that was a nice treat for all of us here in southeast Texas. Southeast TX doesn't get snow often.
