Pay me now or pay me later...a typical story I see here in California all the time too! People will pay big bucks for the fancy tile, the decorative railings and then cheap out on waterproofing...thanks for sharing these pictures, maybe someone will get it before rather than after it's to late. In the meantime, thanks to all the hacks out there that keep me in plenty of work fixing your screw ups!
