@xXxXxXDJwiiXxXxXx - Nope... it's just a straight up acoustic being recorded through a free 15 year-old PC microphone into a free program called Audacity. The audio/video for each part was, obviously, recorded separately. Then, the audio was mixed into a single track, the video was spliced together and the audio was re-synced to the video.

It's really not that hard. The vocal part is (as far as I can see) in the key of B. You don't have to move around from that position too much. As for the solo... Lot of practicing there, of course ;) This one starts out in E (12th fret on high E-string), however, it's a little bit different then this guy played. But he doesn't really play the solo, he's just following the vocals. Tabs for the solo are available widely on the internet (of course, not all of them are reliable).
